We were given children's hotel wristbands (under 18) due to the adults being too big and it was sometimes difficult to get cocktails at the bar :D The pool towels are really old and small

The photographer on the left on the way to the spa verbally harasses people passing by. He says things like when did you arrive, when will you leave, we need to take a photo. The person who was like a horsefly was particularly annoying and I think one day someone will take his chin in his hand.

As someone who has traveled a lot in this region, I can say with peace of mind that this is the best hotel in the region. The food was good at every meal, especially the evening meals were very good. Fish, meat, chicken, turkey and shellfish are not available in the same meal in every hotel. There is a 24-hour coffee house and they make very good espresso-based coffees. I would especially like to mention the staff, it made us extra happy to see such a friendly and sincere staff. Our 10-month-old son had his first pool experience here and this is a place that will never be forgotten for us. We would like to thank the entire hotel team.

Always nice, friendly staff. We were greeted with a nice bottle of wine and fruit when we arrived as returning guests. We have been at Tui Magic 4 years in a row now. The staff remembered us and made us feel at home. Great Tennis (7 courts) and excellent free group tennis classes. The new chill out coffee area on the hill before the beach is excellent. Beautiful beach huts.

I loved this hotel, staff were super friendly and polite as well as the guest. Lots to do at the hotel which kept us occupied, only one incidence where the man would not let us go canoeing but allowed others to go, i don't know if it was racism but felt very isolated and not welcomed at all. Not very much black people which is fine but treat everyone the same and give the same respect, which that guy did not. food was good, plenty of food all over and great time slots! loved the performances aswell

We enjoyed our stay but my biggest issue with this place was honestly the other guests (not all of course, but a good majority), the constant pushing through the buffet to get to food first, taking everything left, hogging of sunbeds ALL day when not actually being there, letting kids be absolute wild in areas such as reception or hallways outside rooms, there is so much space to run around why do it inside?? The food wastage is out of control, people pile their plates so much and leave most of it behind. SMOKING by the pool should absolutely be banned, especially when sunbeds are so close to each other! I actually could not believe that people behave like this, maybe I’m too sheltered but no manners at all. I’m not sure what the staff can do, try and crack down on sun bed situation, allocate designated smoking areas, and put up food wastage signs maybe?? One improvement idea for the hotel though is to add some filtered water stations around the resort, that way people who are used of recycling and care about these things can refill bottles rather than using 100 tiny plastic water bottles throughout their stay and feeling terrible about it. All things said, We did actually enjoy our stay at the resort, it was just an eye opener!

As child free professional couple in their early 40’s we knew what we were getting into booking a week long vacation in a family all inclusive resort, it was hectic, very busy, kids everywhere, lots of easy food and basic drinks. So, writing a review is hard as I don’t want to write negative about what we knew it was going to be like. However I would like to say what was surprising was the prompt cleaning service, many green areas throughout the resort, some nice quiet areas if you can find them by the pool and the incredible staff, honestly the staff made it for us, they were so friendly and always busy being helpful. The food was good, buffet is huge and they try different themes each night, it is what you would expect from a buffet just on a huge scale.

The room decor is in need of an update. It is dated, flaking paint and wallpaper ripped in a few places. It’s picky I know, but for the price you pay for the top end rooms, you expect better. The beds are also well below what you expect for this price…we were happy to get home to our own beds. The book system for the restaurants via the app is terrible. If you don’t book in the first seconds after 7 or 8pm you never get a table. There has to be a better and fairer way.

Stayed in one of the family rooms with direct pool access which was excellent. It gave us a quiet and relatively private area to spend the hot days or retreat to our own terrace as well as for the kids to make friends with the ‘neighbours’. The room was spacious and well equipped. The aircon works well. The cleaning staff are fantastic, both in the rooms and on the site in general. The main restaurant is large and often very busy at the peak times, but the food is tasty and varied with good choices for fussy kids. The 3 restaurants you get access to free of charge (one time in each) are also good, just impossible to get a reservation at. The entertainment was also good if a little repetitive, but the daytime program was great at getting people involved. Pools are fantastic, as are the sports facilities. The gym could be a little better equipped, but is fine. Staff were friendly, interacting nicely with the kids and always helpful. The level of English or German was mostly ok although we had quite a few misunderstandings. But in key areas like the front desk, language skills were very good.

We loved the food. My son had tennis lessons which were excellent. The entire place was so clean. The staff were very friendly. I enjoyed canoeing at the private beach and the beach sun bed area was great with plenty of shade.
