The family room is located on the 6th floor and it is not really comfortable for children or old people. Also the room is quite small for 4 people.

The location is in a walking distance to the city centre, several metro stations and bus stops. The stuff is very friendly and helpful. They helped us with several questions and provided hot water for tea in the morning.

I'd liked cleanliness, staff relation to guests as well as good location (close to Yenikapi metro station and Aksaray tramway station). The hotel is really worth the money paid.

I didnot like Tolga hotel's boss communication. He has to learn how to speak with customers.

The room was very very very small you can't possibly move around to do anything. Too much noise wheathe from the rooms next door or from the air filtration system machine working around the clock. It's not clean or filthy to be honest it doesn't make you comfortable. The bathroom 🚽 is literally three steps away from the bed. With a tiny clothing compartment.

The one and only thing about the place is it's location near to everything.

no lift, no breakfast at all, fist night we got a room on the top floor with no lift, very exhausting indeed. The cleanness of the hotel was not that good. the room so small, the toilet very old fashion and very small, didnt like it at all.

the location was perfect, the staff were friendly and more willing to help especially Mohamed who was all out there to help and very respectiful person.

There was used toilet paper in bathroom... The towel was smelling like an old house. The wifi was not working. The room is the smallest room I ever saw, not like in the pictures

The room was very dirty, in the first room smelled mould, in the second one - cigarattes. There wasn't any hanger in the bathroom and the bathroom itself was very small and looked like it was build with materials found in some graveyard.

Location in near of bus and metro stations. A lot of restaurants nearby. It is possible to go by foot to the Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque. Air conditioning was working well (in the second room, because our room was changed after the first night - it was weird as it was told us during the check-in that our current room is not the target one).

Dated property which has not been kept well. Very small room, but has the essentials available. No facilities to make tea/coffee. No toiletries, so I had to go and buy my own shampoo. They don't have a card reader, so they sent a message saying my card is not working and caused me to panic. When I arrived, they jokingly said that they don't take card anyway, but that stunt was to see if I was coming or not(!)

The hotel is located in a busy area in Istanbul, suitable for tourists, but can be noisy. The Air conditioning was working, which is a must in the heat. WIFI was also working well.
