No help for tourists although we didn’t need it as used Viator for our excursions. Taxi was 25 euros arranged by hotel but taxi rank outside was about 18 euros for return to airport

Quiet, nice pool which was relaxing although small but that’s what I was expecting. Nice breakfast and dinner, although mostly the same there was a lot to choose from and when they ran out the waiter quickly replenished

It needs a heart and a soul. There is so much missing. The hotel management could probably improve the place greatly if they went on a local 'Hotel Management Course".

The miserable lady on the reception.she needs manners and to learn how to smile. The fact i paid for 10 nights half board but was told i could only have 9 evening meals . The last day i didn't leave till 8 but my meal wasn't included . This needs rewording as it's clear it's not half board if you only get 9 meals . But you pay for 10 days half board . Food is Luke warm even at 7pm when restaurant opens . I had to move room 2 times due to not being able to get in room then no fridge on next one.but each problem i had was rectified very quickly .

Near the beach 20 min walk or transport put on. Kemel and Benjamin and 2 of the guys on the reception couldn't do enough for you . Althou some stuff needs updating .the place was clean and cleaners kept my room clean and replaced towels and sheets on regular basis

The staff at the reception and at restaurant was nice and helpful. We got a large room. As it was my daughter’s birthday we got complementary breakfast, it was very kind and thoughtful, as I didn’t book it in advance.

We appreciate the possibility of free transfer to the beach, free rental of beach towels. Really pleasant stay and vacation.

Reasonable price for accommodation, breakfast and dinner very good, rich selection, mainly of vegetables and salads, tasty sweet accessories, friendly dining room staff, especially Benjamin, he was always smiling and helpful to all guests.

Unfortunately, drinks are not included in the dinner (only water included). Furniture is quite old, matrasses are very hard and it was difficult to sleep for me. But I saw new matrasses in the lobby, so maybe it will be replaced soon.

Nice hotel, big and clean family room. Nice and various breakfasts and dinners. Free transfer to the beach. Good pool where you can swim if don't want to go to the see. 20 minutes walk to the Old City. A lot of groceries nearby. It was possible to leave our luggage in the lobby for several hours after check-out while we walked in the shopping center and waited for a taxi to the airport.

This is being very critical - but maybe more options for Kids menu. Although kids did like the good.

Good value for money, staff very helpful especially Mustafa. Willing to help where possible. Food was good. Different menu every day. Fruit and salad options were good. Approx 15 mins walk to the beach and approx 10 mins from old town. Access to local shops which don’t charge extortionate amounts.

Towels were not changed for a week of our stay. We could hear our neighbours in the corridor at night.

A very good value for this money. Very tasty breakfasts and dinners, lots of veggies and fruits were offered. Really helpful staff, whenever we had a question, it was solved immediately. Walking distances to the beach and the historical centre. There are some very good authentic Turkish restaurants around. The room was quite large, a lot of space to put your clothes and other stuff. It also had a small balcony where we could hang our beach towel to dry. The pool is rather small, but still pleasant and clean.

Toilet broke down 2nd day had to move to another room on the same floor only to find air conditioner did not work. How ever maintenance was called and got it working after 2 hours good job. The lady at the front desk needs to smile and be more friendly, it will make a big difference to all around her.
