The apartment was live-able. Internet was good. Location was great but the noise was very disturbing at nights. apartment has possibility to be in better condition than it is now. Host was helpful.

Toilet was too old and broken, I could hear water running all the time. Kitchen hob do not work, they are rusty and need changing. A bit noisy street due to bars with life music playing all night. But bearable. Street was a bit dangerous, I was witness of a robatory and fights at 6 am

Situation, it was very close to Iztiklal. Bed was very confortable.

The night clubs around the hotel and the refrigerator do not work good and our foods were rotten.

No lamp switch near the bed. The cleaning could be better. Some stains on the wall and on some towels that hadn’t come off in the wash. No table next to the bed to put the glasses or phone on at night. Only 1 room key. No cleaning equipment for in the kitchen. It is very noisy from the clubs at night but if you don’t mind sleeping with earplugs it’s not an issue.

The location is great. The WiFi worked perfect. Bed is comfortable. Good curtains to make the room dark for sleeping. Also plenty of lamps. Spacious studio and plenty of closet space with hangers. Helpful and accommodating staff. Clear instructions on how to check in. Good pressure in the shower and always hot water.

The building was hard to find (it's not a hotel with a clear sign). The bathroom was small (functioning but small non the less) with some mold in the floor. The apartment is above a very busy street with bars and coffee shops that stay active the entire night.

The location is perfect. Literally, tow blocks away from Istiklal Street. The room was clean. There was a new AC. The kitchen had few supplies ( cups, and kitchen tools). The bed was comfortable. When we extended our booking he offered to clean the apartment. (you can ask too).

The bathroom was too small. There was also a bit of mold in the corners of the shower. The apartment was above a very busy street that had discos and bars partying all night long. If that doesn't bother you, then you will not feel bad, but if you are someone who likes the quiet then you will suffer greatly.

The location was perfect. It was close to istiklal Street and Taksim Square. The hotel is literally two blocks away removed from the main street. The apartment had a bedroom and and a living NG space with kitchen that has basic amenities and a stove. The apartment also had an as that was new. The Wi-Fi in the apartment worked wonderfully.

The guys who operate the apartment are amiable and helpful, allowed to leave the luggage in another property before check-in time, and were helpful in other matters. The location is good in terms of you coming for parties and nightlife, but if you come to this location for peaceful sleep it is impossible until 3 a.m. This is a central location near to subway, you can cross the bridge and be in other districts easily by walking distance, galata tower is near. It is a good location but be aware of the noise at night. Wifi was pretty good in speed, hot water was there, and everything was working properly. You might think that there are 2 rooms as I thought but, no, it is one room with a sofa and bed. The overall stay was very nice! You should just be prepared for noise from the streets (music and singers and open mic for other people:))

The place was dirty and not described as the ratings or pictures. The room I booked was not the same room I got. And it was Very noisy and the power went off 3 times.

Can be noisy due to the nearby traffic, clubs, and people walking past and the bathroom is too small.

The staff are friendly and available when you contact them. The bed is comfortable and I love the location. It is a short walk near to istikilal and taksim. All the main shops are nearby, aswell as food places which is great as no taxi is required.

The first apartment i went, the douche was broken and also leaking water from the hose and the heating system. The second one was better, but the toilet smells like sewer all the time, and also the drain from douche was cloged. All things in kitchen was too basic, the handles from drawers broken, and the cutlery you had only two of each. No detergent for dishes, and one basic electric oven with only one fryer and one pan. Quite basic accommodation. Is more like an Apart-Hotel than a really apartment was the post said. I'm not quite satisfied.

The room need renovation. At the night is noisy but bearable.

I like the location and the bed is comfortable. The host Asim is very cooperative, I requested him to check in early at 7am if the room is available and he did that to me for free. he sent the room service once also for free. I would stay here again for sure as I am very comfortable with the host Asim.

We stayed for one night, although I have booked six nghts. The payment was non-refundable, so it was wasted money. The next day we went to another hotel, opposite to Rodoshan, which had the same price, but was uncomparatively better in all aspects. Very dirty. Floor has not been washed for a long time, the socks got immediately dirty after walking from kitchen to the room. Bathroom mouldy and not clean. I was disgusted to take a shower. White stains all over the sofa, evident signs of love of previous guests. Towels and bed linen not fresh, grey not white. The water from the tap had a horrible fish smell. The boiler was working very noisily, like a rocket taking off. Apparently, the boiler functions for several rooms because it was working very noisily independantly from out usage of warm water. There was a dirty rug under the boiler. It all looked very unsafe. There was no washing machine, although it was on the list of facilities. Anyway, after looking at the flat, I would be disgusted to use it. Very noisy. The sound isolation is non existant. We stayed on the second floor, but there was loud music until 3 am from the street as if it were played in the room. The location is really awful, greasy hot area. It was clearly dangerous to go out after dark. I always looked around before entering the steps because the surrounding looked really unsafe. No supermarkets in the near vicinity, only small, very expensive shops.

Clear instructions how to get into the flat. Airport Transfer offer, quite expensive, however.
