I was not happy to be charged so much for getting my laundry done, small load, came back damp & not ironed & coat 500turkish lira. Besides this everything great.

Everything, we had a very comfortable stay, I’d say it’s in the best location, walking distance to everything, super clean, staff are all lovely & helped with recommendations, good Turkish breakfast, I would stay again.

The breakfast room was small and not very nice. The hotel needs some improvements, especially in the corridors where the carpets is worn out and out dated.

The room was small but nice. It was definitely too cold…..The heater did not seem to be efficient. I complained, they “fixed” it but no improvement. Very cold in the morning.

there was no heating device for tea in the room. You can only ask for tea on the first floor until 10 pm. As you know, Turkey is a city famous for sweets. In Istanbul, a tourist leaves in the morning and returns to the hotel at night, and nothing can replace a cup of hot tea or coffee at night. They didn't provide me with Tefal despite my request. In general, the hotel is very clean, beautiful and neat. It is very close to Sirkeci metro station.

Some of the small rooms have no street view and therefore there was little light in the room. The room was cheaper by that. If it bothers you, you can ask about it when booking in advance and choose a room with a bigger window and a street view. There was no information about it on the website. I was able to change rooms for a small extra fee. Maybe the hotel rooms could use a little updating, but overall it was good. The price-quality ratio was quite good.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located on a quiet street, the location is excellent if you want to visit historical sights. There are many places to eat within a few hundred meters. The staff at the reception speak English, Russian and Turkish. There was almost no sound coming through the room dividers, which was good. The location of the hotel is very good. This area is crowded and can be noisy, but the hotel was quiet. On one side of the hotel is a dead-end street without traffic. On the other side, there is only a small street with little traffic, which is closed at one end with barriers on some days. At that time, there are no cars on the street at all. You don't expect beautiful window views on streets like this, but that's normal in this area. If you want mesmerizing views, there are hotels in other areas that cost more.

The location is perfect, everyday we just took a short walk to where we wanted to be. This was absolutely perfect for us and exactly what we wanted. Our overall stay was fantastic, staff are helpful and friendly and very kind. Our room was just perfect, it was a smaller room but it was fine for us. Everything was clean and fresh in the room. Breakfast was also nice.

Didn’t like the fact that family rooms were quite snug and one of the rooms’ door to the balcony couldn’t fully open because the single bed was too close to it. Balcony was pretty tiny although did the job. Can’t offer tea after 10PM

The staffs were easy to talk to. Very helpful. The rooms were actually beautiful and clean. Their breakfast was okay too. I loved the fact that it is in the centre which is very easy to get by around Sultana square.

The room with the bathroom is quite small so for a longer stay it could get difficult to move for more persons.

The location is incredibly central with just a few walking minutes to the main touristic attractions and a metro. For a short-term-stay you have everything you need to sleep and get refreshed. The room was clean and there was no noise unlike the other comments.
