The inside pools were too cold for us. The massage is not inculded in the all inclusive pack. In booking.com seems it is in inculded.

The service and the staff was excellent. The meals is too. Every night has a good program.

I was disgusted to go to green beach with shuttle from hotel. The beach was dirty cigarette butts every where we stayed 20 minutes and walked back to the hotel. We couldn’t wait for bus. So I feel if the hotel is picking a beach you should vet it first

Animation was not so good. There were dancers and circus show which were amazing but just these two shows. Otherwise pretty dull. In the restaurant not once was served traditional Turkish baklava, there was no ayran also. The beach was very narrow, and not very clean. And the water in the pool was pretty cold.

The room was spacious, clean and tidy. The common areas were well organized and very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful, always with a smile. The view was fantastic. Food was delicious despite the lack of variety.

nothing from the hotel. i will definitely stay again in palmin. we didnt enjoy our stay due to our missing luggage.

The location is very good just 10 minutes' drive to the downtown. the area is very quiet, and the hotel was providing a shuttle to the beach. The hotel was all inclusive. The food was tasty. I want to thank all the reception staff for helping us,2 of our bags was missing in the airport. All of them were calling the airport several times a day. i don't remember their names but thank you for your help. Amazing group.

The Wifi wasn’t great as it kept switching off and kept looking to enter my passport and room number.

The hotel was very accommodating. We arrived early and we were instantly checked in and had access to all the facilities. Majority of the staff are friendly. The food was nice. The hotel and rooms are clean. I felt very safe as a single parent there.

Food wasn’t good but we didn’t expect it to be for what we paid. Our only major problem was how so so freezing the pool was and this might be the only thing to stop us returning

we loved this Hotel. The staff was fantastic, very kind and helpful, The location was great not far from the port, the facilities of the hotel were great, the room was big and clean and the food was good and plentiful, it was a great value for the price. we will definitely stay here again.

Charging extra to play on the pool table was ridiculous and annoying when the people weren't there meaning that no one could play. Air hockey table didn't work. Reception staff could have been a bit more helpful. Food and drink was abundant but not always good quality. Outdoor pool was beautiful but absolutely freezing in early May.

Friendly animation staff, and helpful door-staff for arranging taxis etc. comfortable rooms, plenty of food and drink, enormously fun water slides, good to have a warmer indoor pool as well. Private beach reached by shuttle was nice.

We had requested a cot and it wasn't in the room on arrival. The first cot that was brought was tatty and also would not fit through the door! This was sorted eventually but not great as we arrived at 2am and our 2 year old really needed to get some sleep. Our maid was not great, sometimes we had to fetch our own change of bedding and towels and empty our own bins. We didn't feel that cleaning was thorough and the shower was not cleaned properly our whole stay. Kids club activities were repetitive. Although the girls running it were lovely and friendly, every single morning was face painting; evening - sand painting and the disco was identical songs for ten days straight. Our daughter got a bit bored of kids club after 3 days. Please add some more varied activities.

The food was excellent, varied and fresh. All of the waiting on staff, bar servers and chefs were superb. The pool was lovely & clean and the water slides were great fun. The lobby had 3 small but well stocked shops and the spa was excellent. I had one of the best haircuts I have ever had, and my wife had a manicure and pedicure which was also excellent and decent value. The location had fantastic views and there was a local shop and pharmacy if needed. All inclusive drinks were good and there were very few waiting times for anything. The evening shows were decent and the whole place felt very friendly and welcoming. The daily activities around the pool were fun and lively and welcoming to all. Nearby the hotel is a large beach (5 mins in a taxi, shuttle or a 10-15 min walk, though very uphill on the way back). On the beach front were many stores, restaurants and cafes.
