The only thing I would improve at breakfast is the introduction of fried eggs as the little pieces of omelette get rather samey after a couple of days. The rooms are slightly outdated and the bathroom is quite dark. The mirror area although large does not afford you good light to see when shaving. The shower is very good though.

Fantastic location close to everything. The staff are wonderful. Very kind and helpful. The breakfast terrace is an excellent spot to spend your time having a relaxed breakfast. Breakfast on the whole is good but I wouldn't say exceptional. There is however something to eat for everyone and the salads and cheeses are very good. The rooms are very clean and well stocked with toiletries, and fresh towels are provided everyday

A good welcome from the receptionist. Lovely bosforus view from the room. The hotel was as expected, a bit tired but a beautiful building in its day in a great location. Good breakfast included, with friendly staff in the breakfast room. It was very good stay.

The hotel is beautiful, authentic, with a great rooftop view. I don’t remember the name of the receptionist upon our arrival, but he was very helpful, gave lots information. Very very friendly. They helped us with our luggage. Only good things to say about the boys at the reception.

Only some change in breakfast,otherwise everything was very good. Staff was very helping about every thing we need and information. Location is perfect, me and my sister are both in our late 60s and it was very convenient to get transport and restaurants close by were good

The blanket of the bed was a bit small for two people and the hotel is advertised as 4 or 5 stars, which is a bit high. But overall we had a great stay and the price in January was not expensive.

The hotel, although the rooms are very nice, needs a renovation (freshening) in terms of painting and changing the curtains which, although beautiful, are a bit old and better lighting in the bathroom. Also in relation to cleanliness, it is clean, but it needs something more.

Excellent location almost on the Galata bridge. Nice view. In front of the hotel, tram stop, many buses and port side for Uskudar, Kadikoy and Bosphorus tour. Opposite to the side is the entrance to the small cable car that takes you up to Tunel, Peran and Istiklal (Grand Rue de Pera). Nice breakfast on the top floor with a great view and coffee offer all day. Excellent staff at the reception.

This time the hotel management has decided for some reason to confirm my booking reservation but has not debit money from the card, because the 'name on the reservation and the name on the card are not the same'. How many times have I traveled the world, I've encountered this for the first time. Besides the reservation on booking was not decline, there were no warning letters or no information, they have just confronted me at the reception desk that they did not want to use my card indicated in the booking and demanded to pay for the accommodation on the spot. It was strange

Nice hotel in the best area of Istanbul. The rooms are quite different. There are both terribly neglected rooms with peeling plaster, and ideal rooms at the same time. The view from the rooftop is stunning.

The hotel has a wonderful location. It's very close to many of the key attractions of Istanbul also has very easy access to public transportation (There is a tram stop right in front of the hotel) The staff is very friendly and accommodative. I have stayed at this property twice already and will be staying again for sure in my future Istanbul visits.

Location - paradoxically it situated at such as busy junction that the noise from cars honking horns, police sirens, boat horns and tram bells made sleeping at night difficult.

Location - nicely situated in Istanbul. Staff were great. Hotel interior is unique. Rooftop views are nice. Breakfast was good. Coffee available 24/7.

The watering can in the shower was broken. It was no problem for me, but it is strange for such a hotel. There are no opportunities to pack any breakfast set to go when you have early check-out, it is a pity.

The staff was extremely nice and upgraded my room to the sea view suite. The location is perfect, rooftop and view are amazing. I will return explicitly!

There was not much not to like. If back to Istanbul one day, would gladly stay here again.

Location, comfort; the room was fine with an interesting view of Galata tower. Great breakfast with a beautiful view. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Keeping the breakfast room clean was excellent.

The chandelier in the room and the blinds in the bathroom were very dusty.

the breakfast was not so rich as always i missed simit and Orange juice 😳 in room there was not minibar, the shower need deep cleaning especial on bottom and i missed bathrobe .... everythink else was great 😊

- Fridges do not function inside the rooms. Only lucky ones might get a room with a working one. I booked 9 rooms and only one had a working fridge. - Our room was ones of the larger ones and had no functional washroom fan and one of the ceiling lights in the washroom was out. - Lower level rooms can get loud as the hotel sits on a major intersection. - The elevators are very clean but very small. Not quite for the claustrophobic.

- Staff were very polite and helpful. They're also flexible to go out of their way and help with tea prepping and allowing to use a public area at different times given we maintain low voices! - Facilities were well maintained in general. - Hotel was small enough for a family to meet up anytime and effortlessly. - Location is excellent and anything that crosses your mind happens to be just nearby. - Rooms look beautiful especially for people who appreciate this architecture style.
