Absolutely incredible experience! Exceeded all expectations! My family and I had a fantastic week at this hotel. From the luxurious accommodations to the top-notch facilities, delicious food, entertainment, breathtaking views, spa services, and impeccable service, it truly felt like a home away from home. The cleanliness and safety measures were exceptional; I even left my bag unattended a few times without any issues. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel special, with Rustam from the reception desk and Hacer at the Main Restaurant standing out for their exceptional care and service. They immediately addressed any small concerns we had. We are immensely grateful and are already planning our next family visit.

There is a common problem Iike almost everywhere. All guests are rushing early in the morning to put a towel on a sun bed to reserve it and dissappear. When you go after breakfast to the pool in a busy day you won't be able to find a bed. Advice for the gym. You can add protein shakes even if it is for an extra cost. Will be good touch for the gym lovers.

Absolutely Gem. 10 of 10. Perfect for families. Our little one loved it. There are plenty of children activities in the kids' club from early morning to late evening. Safety and reliabile. The food is fantastic. Plenty choices. Staff is always smiling, always ready to help. The rooms are clean with private pools. The pools are also heated. Maybe I wish the temperature to be a bit warmer for April but still doing the job. Close to suvernier shops with prices better than the city centre. The bus stop to the city is just a minute away. Cost 1£ or taxi cost £10. The gym is goodenough. Private beach access. Every day, there are stage performances. Overall 10 of 10.

We payed for sea view and emailed hotel asking if we could be placed in a quiet area as we are a young couple with no kids and were after a relaxed holiday. I know the requests are not guaranteed but we were given a side sea view not even a direct one that we paid for, with a direct view towards the building site of the new hotel next door and the kids pool. Room was nice and large with wine and fruits offered as present but it was not what we wanted and even paid for. We were offered an alternative room quite fast but the room was at the very back of the hotel with sea quite far away to say it was sea view. Room was also smaller but with a bigger balcony with own loungers, also very quiet. I do realise it might have been an honest mistake with giving us construction site view instead of the sea view we paid extra for, but I hope they understand how frustrating it is for the guests to have to deal with room changes after traveling for several hours and just wanting to begin their holiday. Tips! We learned the hard way not to leave tips in the room because apparently staff are not very loyal towards each other. We left 200TL for our cleaning lady, who was absolutely fantastic, and another 100TL for the mini bar guy. Well my partner went in our room for something and both tips were gone and the cleaning lady haven’t been yet. Mini bar was replenished tho, so must have been taken then. Not very nice attitude towards colleagues who all work hard. We gave her another tip and learnt our lesson to never leave money about the room. All in all we enjoyed our holiday but would not return. Way too crowded for our liking, but hotel is modern, clean and well maintained nevertheless. Staff is amazing, too.

Clean modern hotel, good facilities, grounds well maintained. Heated pool was good temperature but adult one was freezing cold when we stayed 3-17 October. Ridiculously crowded main pool area, most of the lounges occupied by 8AM by just towels, then left for hours on end, never seen staff removing towels or anything. We spent most days by the beach as a result, sea was good temperature at the time, area clean and quite chill. Food was good but got repetitive quite fast. Very hard to find a free table unless coming at the very beginning of the service, got crowded quite fast as well. Enjoyed the snacks and the restaurant by the pool. Drinks not the best, cocktails were very hit and miss, liked the daiquiris by the beach bar most but nothing much else. Slushes nice as well, very refreshing and you could ask for several ones mixed together. Attentive and polite staff.

It was noisy. It was hard to escape music which was on by the pool during the day when we just wanted some peace to read our books. The adults only bit was largely occupied I think by people looking to do the same. I was charged a very very high price for a hammam (the most for the whole of our time in Turkey) by a very pushy spa salesman who then offered me the same deal for much cheaper as soon as we had finished. This left a bit of a sour taste in my mouth and didn't leave me feeling very relaxed.

The hotel is beautiful. The pools are lovely and the whole place is clean, modern and well looked after.

The beach is not the best but we did a boat tour and got to enjoy different areas.

The hotel is new and clean! the facilities were perfect for our relaxing 6 day vacation. The food variety is perfect, something for everyone. The customer service was a stand out, specifically Berat the barman at our pool bar and Emircan the waiter from the Italian Restaurant. We also loved our room, direct pool access and so spacious. They gave us flowers and champagne on arrival for our honeymoon as well. Would definitely be coming back in future!

Just one thing comes to mind . Although there were plenty of cautionary signs around areas that were likely to be slippery when wet , we saw several people slipping and falling . I do not know what more can be done to raise the level of peoples awareness of this situation , the worst places had non slip mats and as I have already said the sineage was good .

Fantastic selection of food with no problems finding somewhere to sit and enjoy it . Plenty of different areas to relax during the day . Pools were clean and well maintained as were the garden borders . Access to the beach was easy and the sea was clean too . Plenty of activities during the day if you wished to participate . Excellent entertainment at night . Hard to find anything to complain about

If I could I will put 100 point to this hotel. Instead of check in is at 14:00 we came earlier at 10:00 and wanted to wait at lobby but they welcomed us very nicely they propose a breakfast and after a hour our room was ready :) very polite staff, what ever you want they would do everything in order to find it and bring. I had a birthday and they bring a suprise cake with candles and champagne (thank you Murad bey). I felt myself very special thank you dear Liberty Fabay staff. Meal was perfect, room opened to the pool unbelievably beautiful and inside the pool they have a bar. Also wanted to mention their cocktails and drinks it was really tasty and they didn’t have limits in cocktail lists as in some hotels. They will do for you each drink that you will desire.

Everything was absolutely incredible. From the rooms to the staff to the activities and amenities included, and especially the drinks. We were most impressed with their array of cocktails which were made perfectly (and not like most all inclusives we have been to previously). The beach area was amazing and the pool area was always nice and clean - with waitrons coming around all the time. They had great entertainment every night and live music or DJ performances during the sunset which had the most magnificent atmosphere. We had the most incredible holiday and will 100% be back!

Smoking! Although many areas, such as round the pool, snack restaurant, and outdoor buffet area, were non-smoking areas, people continuously smoked there, and staff saw and said nothing. It was disgusting the smell of smoke everywhere, especially when having my kids sitting right next to them on the sunbeds or in the places to eat. The staff should advise they shouldn't smoke there. Also, unless you get down at 0900 to get a sunbed, they are all pretty much taken. Round the pool is quite tight, and you feel like you are on top of each other. The rooms with 3 people (2 adults, one child) are small and the sofa bed right next to the double bed.

There were loads of things to do, and the choices of places to eat were great. The staff on the whole were fantastic and great with the kids. The Grill restaurant was exceptional, with the steak just melt in your mouth. The events for kids were great and made a change. The kids club was okay, the girls went a few times and said they had fun.

No sun beds available around main pool, didn’t matter so much to us as we liked the fabulous pool in our block but when we did go to main pool all beds full.

Swim up room was fantastic. The patisserie shop was also amazing. Beach and sea lovely.
