Hotel is central to all shops. It was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious.

It’s a bit of a distance from IST and it isn’t in an interesting area

This is a small property which we used for an overnight stay near Istanbul Airport Our flight was late so we didn’t arrive until 12:30AM. The staff waited up for us. They were very polite and friendly. They arranged a very early morning taxi and the front desk again helped us with our bags

Dinner was too expensive but we did enjoy it, particularly the quality of the food and restaurant location.

We were pleased with the hotel's exceptionally friendly personnel and manager who were flexible enough to address any of our needs, e.g. provided excellent shuttle service from / to the airport, changed our room for a better one, and organised a tour to the major attractions and dinner in Istanbul.

The cafe in the hotel was very expensive. I felt they charged us more because we were tourist. 4 cups of coffee 671 Turkish Lira that means US$30

Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely rooms and reception area. Extremely clean. There was a slight issue with my air conditioning, but the staff worked to fix it right away, and I deeply appreciate their care. I loved everything about my stay and I intend to stay here again if and when I'm in Istanbul again.

I didn't like that the safety deposit box was not available and felt the need to carry my valuables with me even though they reassured me that my things would be safe.

I liked the proximity to the airport. Lovely friendly helpful polite staff. Comfortable and clean accommodation.

We had two twin beds, which we requested, but they were very narrow. The AC didn't work well until asking staff a couple times to fix it.

1. The view from the balcony. 2. The small-statured man who cleared the table at breakfast was very impolite; he removed everything from the table and cleaned it while we were still eating. Perhaps the tip he received when we arrived at the hotel did not satisfy him. He ruined the hotel's image!"

Althought hotel is renovated, there are some minor problems such as torn wallpaper.

Staff was friendy and helpful. We had a special request for the room (to be close to the lobby so we could use baby monitor while having dinner with our friends) and they gave us the closest possible. Also, they prepared breakfast for the baby without extra charge - that was amazing from their side. Our breakfast was simple and typical, but we could take as much as we wanted. Staff was helpful, taking luggage from the taxi to the room, helping with heating, etc.

I stayed only one night for layover. The staff is very frendly and helpful. Breakfast is ok, should ask for turkish cofee :-) Quick transfer from-to Airport IST.

have to train housekeeping staff better as the cleaning was not done properly. The dust is everywhere, dirty toilet - there were stains from previous guests. There was only one blanket and no cover for it. We were three and booked Triple room, but one towel was missing. So cleaning should be done better.

nice staff, 15-20 min to the international airport. The driver Harun was very nice and friendly, waited for us like for an hour, thanks!

I stayed to rest while waiting for the following day flight connection. The pick up service at the airport was perfect. The hotel is pretty close to the airport and the service provided very effective. The hotel is nice, clean, and people are efficient and kind.
