the room was having bad smell and they changed the room after 2 days to smaller one with very bad view when i asked for water in the room, they charged me for the water

The shower area in the room was leaking a lot of water on the floor out the bathroom because of broken baseboard. It was impossible to take a shower due to this.

Great location and the new hotel. Cozy room and comfortable bed. Breakfasts are very good just like in another Hilton hotels.

I heard some other guest's wallet was stolen from her room which felt insecure. Hotel is located on a narrow ramp and taxis are allowed only during limited hours. I had to carry my luggage climbing the ramp.

It iş a new and clean hotel located at the heart of Sirkeci. Convenient to take the metro. Breakfast had a good variety of choice compared to an average 3 star. Staff is helpful.

It was badly maintained. Everything looked run down for a new hotel . The rooms were not clean . I had to change my room twice . The toilet was dirty ! The rug had dirty patches . The management were not very helpful . Not only did they say they didn’t know but showed no interest in finding out . We also had to drag out suitcases up the hill since we were not informed cars are not allowed on the road during day !!!

It is very central, good location, clean, the food was good, the personal was nice. The room was comfortable, everything is new, the shower was amazing, everything was clean. It was also close to the train that brings you to the Asian side, so in a way, well connected to Sabiha Göçken airport by public transportation.

over 9 night, the room "clean" was there only 5 times. We asked to clean the room three days in a row, and it came only on 4rth day. We had unpleasant canalization smell in the bathroom, asked to fix it on Sunday, and it was fixed only on Thursday. Room "clean" included only change of towels, and new toilet paper & water. Even vacuum clean was not done. on a first day I dropped my t-shirt on the floor and had to clean it out of dust.

Internet was stable. Location is convenient, touristy place. Reception was nice, but not perfect.

Worst experience ever. We have been travelling for years but never encountered such a situation. For the Name Hilton, it was very disappointing. We faced horror because of an unprofessional manager HAKAN. Our reservation was for 3 adult, then I requested for the price for add one more adult, he replied 30 euro per night, so I asked him to amend our reservstion for 4 adult and I reconfirmed the final price, he acknowledged and confirmed all ok. On our check-in day, the lady at the reception took he 4 passports, and after doing all the formalities, she asked for payment. To our surprise, she asked only for 3 adults. Her name was ECE. I told her the amount should be more as we are 4, and she said no reservation is for 3. How can she register for 4?? What if I did not say anything?? I showed her the confirmation from the hotel for 4, and she asked us to wait for the manager. It was on 9 May 1630. The manager came around 17h. He came, and he straight said he made a mistake he thought it was for 3 adults. I told him how can you reconfirm a reservation of three people again with the addition of 30 euro extra when it was already reserved for three? He kept arguing, he could not help, we needed to pay for another room, 300euro or he would cancel our resevaton and find another property. The horror starts as we can not book any hotel from booking .com in istanbul. We had to contact booking.com, and the agent Rogelio did his best. He called the hotel and spoke to the manager, but he was adamant, but he did not care at any cost. His words were final pay 300euro or leave. We were in the lobby for 4h30, he was least bothered, the receptionist was busy on video call, and he was enjoying his coffee. He was not even bothered to offer a glass of water. After sometkmes I received an email frlm from booking.com that he said even if we wabt to book another room ,no more room available. And we were given the option to find another room Hakan, is he really a manager??

We booked this hotel mostly because of the name, HILTON. .

The property was a shame to the Hilton brand. Poor staff, dirty and smelly rooms.. 0 customer service.

Only the location but even that is something that was not communicated. This hotel is in the tourism area so from 10am onward your taxi will drop you on the Main Street and you will have to walk to the hotel. The police will lock the street down only for walking

- some of the staff very intrusive, others very helpful and friendly - watch your money - change was not given correctly. They book trips for you and you pay them but they money never gets where it has to go (recipient) - they give random currencies - booking system is totally off - electricity is bad / not working at all - canalisation smell in the rooms - there is a gym but only part of it works. - employees dont speak english well / dont understand you

Stayed for 4 nights 5 days and our 2 rooms were not once cleaned despite putting sign everyday and reminding the reception to please have it cleaned. We weren’t the only ones as other guests seemed to be complaining also. There was garbage in the hallways. Management needs to change. We booked 2 queen rooms with sofa bed but were given one and the other with no sofa bed. They were on different floors so not ideal for families. Do not expect this from Hilton franchise specially for the price paid. 1 star hotel!

Water in our shower was too hot, the faucet did not work. The staff didn't do anything about it. Soap dispenser was broken. Only instant coffe for breakfast (thats insane for Turkey). Quite noisy (in a room on the ground floor)

Brand new hotel so everything was super clean and as it should be. Staff were really friendly and helpful at reception and breakfast. Housekeeping were brilliant, everything spotless. We had our towels changed each time, which some people like but for us it would have been nice to have the option to keep the same towels for environmental reasons. Bed mattress was firm (which was OK for us). Breakfast was OK, lots of choice but the coffee wasn't great - the nescafe sachets in the room tasted better. Location for us was better than near the hippodrome as we were also closer to the river and all the sights were a short walk (uphill to most sights). Doner Celal Usta just round the corner is a tasty cheapish spot which we went one day when we needed something quick and convenient near the hotel.
