The breakfast has so many different options. The manager, the receptionist, the workers everyone was so friendly. With a wheelchair they made it so easy to come in and out the hotel with their service. Also their room service was quick and exceeded my expectations. The rooms were clean and had room to move around. They also allowed us to store our luggage when we were going to different cities a week prior which was very nice.

I have traveled so many places but I have to say that their service is absolutely the best you can get. Everyone is so kind and cheerful, they take good care of their guests. Location: great! Just 10 min walk to the city center. The breakfast was amazing! The hotel also had beautiful views; we couldn't see the balloon fly because of the weather (they were cancelled) but hey had a nice set up at the terrace where you can get nice pictures. What truly made our stay pleasant was the staff! They were exceptionally kind and made a genuine effort to ensure a wonderful hospitality.

Absolutely nothing - everything was perfect.

From the very beginning of our stay the staff were so polite and accommodating - helping us with local knowledge, discounts on activities to do to explore the city and Hamam. They even gave us a free upgrade on arrival. The hotel itself was a great location close to the main areas in Istanbul, it was clean and staff were always there if you needed anything. Will be recommending this hotel to everyone I know that wishes to visit Istanbul and will definitely be coming back myself in the future!

The breakfast was just basic. Only one person working and it made it difficult. Not the biggest of room either so not many spots available.

I really liked the service minded staff at the hotel. Especially the manager named Shar. You can ask him and he will help with anything. Hotel had a good location. Closed to the big mosques in the city and several shopping spots.

Location: super close to major attractions like the Blue Mosque, Aya Sofia, and Topkapi Palace. It’s also near Eminonu and just a 3-minute walk from the tram station. Room Cleanliness and Design: The rooms are not only super clean but also beautifully designed. Staff Hospitality: The staff were exceptional, always friendly and helpful. They offered coffee, tea, and water each time I passed by, which was a lovely touch that made my stay even more enjoyable.

the hotel itself was located in the perfect location. walking distance to all the main landmarks. the hotel was nice clean and perfect for what we wanted. the staff were what made the trip. they were absolutely incredible and went the extra mile and provided 10* service. can’t recommend them enough. they were extremely attentive and helpful. shoutout to Abo, shah and bedran- they were absolutely incredible and really made the stay special and gave incredible service.

The only thing I can think of is the water from the shower wasn’t super hot, but wouldn’t even say it was an inconvenience because it didn’t affect my stay at all.

The hotel was in a great location, walking distance from all the must sees in Istanbul. The room was very spacious, clean and quiet (and they gave us an upgrade!). The staff were absolutely incredible and kind. The receptionist made a 2 day itinerary of all the places we should visit. And when check-in out, they booked a taxi with a very fair price (30€ to Istanbul airport, when through the app it was 45€).

The location is perfectly placed - once you’ve checked in there’s no need to take any taxis, as you will be close to all the places that are must-visit! Including dinner places. The spa and steam included - as well the breakfast was perfect. The staff were all beyond sweet - they made sure all needs are met and more. We give this place and its staff 10/10 - definitely will visit again.

Nothing all was good. And well organised and high standard of customer service. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly. In particular the desk staff and assistants Bedrem, Abdulah and Mert.

It was clean and centrally located. The staff were very attentive and polite. From housekeeping to reception all staff were eager to assist in all ways.

View straight to the street so we did not keep the curtains open. They have a sauna but they told we are not allowed to throw water on the stones. Coming from Finland (where sauna was invented) it felt really weird.

Perfect location, all the main attractions within walking distance, also many restaurants nearby. Helpful staff and we got a good cruise deal. Nice connecting room for a family. Warmly recommended!
