Excellent location, the staff are amazing and go out of their way to help. We got upgraded to the 5th floor balcony suite. It was amazing. We only had the one breakfast but the choice and quality was really good. Would highly recommend this hotel.

I don't imagine that there would be a better hotel in this location at this price. Rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated, the hotel is close to all major spots in sirceki and the staff are very helpful

The breakfast was very good and the location is very close to Sultan Ahmet, Grand Bazar and Miser Bazar and others. The staff at the reception were nice and welcoming, especially Gizem and irem.

The location of the hotel is really good. The majority of landmarks can be reached by foot. The room was clean and cozy. There was no noise from the outside even though the hotel is located in the "living" part of Istanbul.

Only a small gripe, but there were no glasses in the room (one plastic beaker in the bathroom) and we could not get ice from the staff.

The hotel is located in the downtown area of Fatih and a 5 minute walk from the Sirkeci tram stop. It is in a side street and so is generally quiet.

A/c a bit tricky to operate

Location was amazing for all the sights. Even galata tower in walking distance. Easy connection to Asian side as well. Very helpful staff. Breakfast buffet was very tasty with a Turkish touch! Balcony was very nice to enjoy a cup of tea!

Smell of cigarette in the room early morning coming through the door/ventilation even though it was a cigarette free room/block. Flush button of the toilet does not work properly and at time remains stuck

The staff were so lovely and welcoming, it was my partners birthday and they had a slice of cake waiting in the room for us which was so nice. Breakfast is awesome and options change daily. Plenty of variety too. Overall we really enjoyed our stay, room was very clean and hotel was in a great location

The toilet kept smelling of sewage from time to time, we mentioned this to reception who sent the cleaner and acknowledged they're aware of the issue. Was offered a room change which I declined.

Location was perfect - within walking distance of everything. Hotel was super comfortable. Rooms were amazing. Some great food places outside. You are given 2 bottles of water each day. A/C in the room is very good

The windows are not fully soundproof. The hotel street is crowded all day long. The toilet in the bathroom sometimes was not working well. The teapot must be washed well before using it because there are limescale deposits that appear when the water is boiled

What distinguishes the hotel is its location close to the Bosphorus, boats, trams, marmaray metro station to reach the Asian side and the hotel is located in the middle of the market. The receptionists Omar, lovely Iram, Kan and Farid were very friendly.

Perfect and will start again,

The best location near grand bazaar, blue mosque, the harbour. Felt safe and really appreciated the room upgrade. Easy to and from the hotel to airports via booking .com transfers. Meant we avoided all potential taxi hassles. Breakfast excellent , staff always helpful and only thing was the bed was harder than what we like but that’s very common for hotel beds. Rooms well insulated for noise even though the street outside super busy.
