It was a really nice stay. We had the deluxe room with semi view (301) The room was spacious, clean, Modern, with a nice balcony. Thé terrasse on the 5 floor is also super nice with a view of the city. It’s 5 to 10 minutes walk to the city. The staff was nice. I would defo stay there again.

Location is a thing! You basically need to climb from the city center do the hotel. Very tiring, just be aware of it if you are with kids and old people.

Parking space on the street, it is quite close. The room being on the 1st floor, I didn't have the view from the pictures on Booking. Unfortunately, the hotel has very thin walls and you can hear everything. At 6 in the morning, you could hear washing machines, the vacuum cleaner, doors slamming and chairs being moved.

Quite many things were missing from breakfast and only one guy was working there, obviously not enough to bring everything. Plates were wet and dirty, no coffee cups. View was amazing Not any view from our balcony as said, only walls

First of all it's brand new hotel not totally established yet. There are some problems. I booked sea wiev room but room was third floor and it was half sea view. You have to stand up to see the sea otherwise you watch roofs. Worst thing was about cleaning service. Asked room cleaning but when we came back. They didn't change the towels, didn't replace the coffee or water. And it's not cheap hotel. It's not so far to centre but you have to climb hill to get there. Especially asked there is parking or not. They said yes but you have to park next to road there is no proper parking place.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast. Comfortable bed and everything was working how should it be.

Quiet location. Amazing marina view from the breakfast floor (7th if I'm not mistaken). Clean and tidy, perfectly designed room with truely big bed, AC, balcony. Laundry service is also presenter for a fair price.

The room had a terrible sewer smell. The view from the room to the windows of the neighboring hotel and the garbage in the backyards. The room did not have a set of towels for the second person, although the room was for 2 people, the blanket was dirty with yellow spots and without a cover. We told this to the guy who showed us the room, he was the only one who understood English. After that he changed the blanket but only brought 1 towel and not 2. But in the room there was a "beautifully" new envelope with the inscription "for your tips" (for the first time I saw this). The room was not cleaned very well. There was a thick pile of dust on the clothes hangers, and hair in some places in the bathroom. Some items the room (like the switches) were loose and needed repair. The white transparent curtain at the exit to the balcony was covered in greasy stains. Breakfast is nothing special: boiled eggs, tomatoes, cucumbers, yogurt, fresh and fried bread, cheeses, olives, jam, tea, terrible instant coffee, cereal. The location of the hotel is not the best - a very high hill (it's hard to go up and down).

The Internet was good. The shower is great (water pressure and temperature were great). Nice view from the breakfast terrace. The air conditioner is powerful and cooled the room quickly. I chose this hotel because of the good reviews. But I would not recommend this hotel. High price, low service. The hotel did not live up to the reviews I read. Starting from the day of check-in, the hotel administration began to write to me from 2 pm, they had problems with debiting payment from the card (although I have a Turkish bank card and previous hotels deducted payment without problems). I was driving at the time and needed to stop to answer the hotel. To avoid cancellation of my booking. As a result, when we got to the hotel, the hotel turned out to be on a very very very high hill (well, more than you expect). There is no parking at the hotel, the streets are very narrow and at a high angle. The staff greeted us with rueful faces and weren't friendly. They were without any special uniform and it was not entirely clear that they were administration or hotel staff. The girl and the guy who checked us in spoke only a few words in English. With the help of Google translator, we found out that they had some problems with paying through Booking, we were trying to pay on the spot with a card, but nothing happened. As a result, these guys asked to make a bank transfer to their card.

The beautiful design and good construction hides many issues. For example: - The ventilation in our room was so terrible despite air conditioning that we had to open the room door (!) during the night. (Though I believe it was just us unlucky to get a room in the basement.) - Same for the bathroom. Sewer smell didn't get away. - No place to hang wet towels or clothes. - In our room, the cellphone and internet didn't work, likely because the room is in the basement. - The hotel is significantly uphill, so if you're on foot, it may be tiring to walk to or from the hotel too often.

- The hotel is beautifully designed and built, in particular the bathroom fixtures were really solid. - Since it's built uphill, the view is great. Especially at the breakfast terrace. - The breakfast was really good,
