Breakfast was average, better to have more variety (it includes 5 types of cheese, jam/chocolate & honey, bread & simit, cake, fries, boiled eggs, fried eggs, 3 types of mortadella, milk & corn flakes, & a lot of vegetables and two types of bottled drinks. and when breakfast items get empty, they don’t refill (so only people who go down at 8:00 am receive everything, but if you go at 9:30 am you probably will miss a lot of items), and one item I got stomach ache from the breakfast. Restaurant area is small, so sometimes you might not find a seat when people from different rooms go down to have their breakfast. When you check - in they will inform you about a discount of a massage/Turkish hamam for the day of check-in (but the spa is located in another hotel from their series “endless art”). They said it is a 5 minute walk however it was a 10 minute walk with sloppy road🙂) & when we went there, the massage ladies were accurate in the time however no one told us where is the sauna🙂.

We stayed in this boutique hotel for 5 nights, the staff were amazing (so welcoming, helpful & nice). And here are my notes: Service is good: although we booked 3 months prior (we were 3 persons), they gave us a room underground, but when we asked to replace it, they did it immediately (we wanted to replace it for two reasons: 1- privacy (since the window is on the street level so people can see us & we can see the people walking. 2- noise issues since the room was on (-1) there was a lot of noise especially at breakfast time from people walking or moving the furniture above). Also, in the second room they gave us there was no refrigerator but when we asked to have one, they provided it. They don’t put water bottles in the room, & when I told them about it, they said I can ask them to give us water from the reception area Rooms: they are spacious compared to other boutique hotels (we booked a room for 3 persons: it includes 1 double bed & 1 sofa bed). Beds are comfortable, in the room that was on the (-1), it was smaller than the room they gave us the second day on the third floor. In the -1 it had a partition between the two beds, but on the third floor there was 2 separate rooms (1 for the double bed & 1 for the sofa bed) linked by a small corridor. Toilet: it is clean with hot water available all the time which is a plus, but soap, shampoo & body wash were put in bottles likes public restrooms & not in bottles that has to be changed daily. Wifi: was good Elevator is available Location: is near taksim which is good, (around 7 minute walk from transport stations) however sometimes when we are tired, a 7 minute walk seems so far. (To be honest, since most destinations are located by or pass Al Fatih/sultanahmet, I regretted staying near taksim since most destinations need at least additional 30 min to be reached) Cleaning is good, but they don’t change the blankets everyday

The room cleanliness deserves a little attention. Not bad for the money we pay but can be improved.

Road on first sight a bit dodgy but good location to get to taksim Square. Water only on first day. Rooms to the back no good view. Front is good and has balcony

Rooms are very hot air conditioning didn't work

The location of the hotel is very good and near from Taksim Square. The only issue is the rooms are very hot and the cooling doesn't work. The breakfast was decent and the staff was helpful

This does not affect my rating and opinion that this is a very good place!!! Although there is a kitchenette, there were not plates, spoon/fork or glass, only 2 coffee cups. The style is minimal, I think some flowers or nice decoration would be good at the reception and rooms as well :)

Nice and comfortable hotel very near to central Taksim Square and Istiklai street. This is a good and quiet neighborhood. All of landmark can reach by public transport from Taksim. The staff is very friendly and helpful, all of them speak english. There is an elevator, the room is big enough and clear. The continental breakfast is good, there are lot of cheese, vegetables etc. The hot water is available nonstop. They asked if we want cleaning, towels. We enjoyed staying there :)
