We had a wonderful 4 night stay at the Stone Palace hotel. Its location is perfect for exploring Goreme and the surrounding areas and its room large, super clean and comfortable. The customer service of the staff is what really stands out, though - absolutely 6 star, first class! 👏 Breakfast on the terrace was superb - freshly home cooked, very tasty, varied, and plentiful. And the terrace was a fantastic location for watching the balloons, which is an amazing sight to see. There are likely grander hotels to stay at in Goreme, but given the price, location, homeliness and customer service at Stone Palace, if we ever returned to Goreme, we would not think about staying anywhere else. The room supplies can be better - they even provided good quality slippers so it’s a bit head-scratching why they don’t spend that money on shower gel and more teabag varieties instead.

It’s not one of those fancy cave hotels but is good value. The location is great, close to restaurants and trails going up to the city viewpoints. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I would have loved more seasonal fruits and vegetables at the breakfast table. There were few, but not enough in my opinion.

The room was really good and the people were kind. The hotel was nearby to almost all the places you want to visit in Göreme. The receptionist is a kind man and is very helpful.

Very beautiful small boutique hotel to stay in Göreme, with very friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms and very good breakfast. It is located in the centre of Göreme from where you can access to all top sights. There is also a terrace from where is possible to see hot air balloons in the mornig.

Because of the stone walls, the wifi in the room is quite weak signal, which I believe can be improved.

I came here for 2 days if my stay and within those 2 days, Stone Palace helped me with everything right from the airport transfer bookings, to the green tours, to the directions of the location. The staff at the reception is very friendly and they treat you with great respect. Another great part of staying at Stone Palace was their location! It is just 2-3 mins from Goreme Main Street where you can go for shopping/ food/ the observation point and many other things. Given that it is so close to the main market, it has a lovely vibe and you can have a great late night walk (it is totally safe). Furthermore, the rooms were very clean and had a big sized washroom, easy for changing clothes etc!

The room was very clean and had more than enough space for us. The staff we’ve been in contact with during our stay has always been very proactive in suggesting hike trails and in proposing activities (daily group trips across Cappadocia, horse rides etc..). The hotel position is very strategic for most of the major trekking trails in the northern part of Cappadocia.

Everyone here is nice they are very kind. Specially Khalil and Suleyman. They help us with everything. They booked us a hot air balloon with a good price and rent a car. The breakfast is also good. The room is comportable. The terrace in the rooftop is also nice to sit and relax and take a picture. I cannot say any negative thing about this hotel because they people here is very nice and they make you feel like comportable. I will stay here again if i come back with no regrets. I recommend this hotel.

We stayed 5 nights. Hotels owner and his family were so kind and welcomed us. Since off season he let us choose any room we liked( was free upgraded). Room was big and comfortable. Warm and cozy pillows and comfort bed with with nice blanket. They all were so CLEA. Bathroom was huge and clean. I know some hotels we stayed had bad smell from the drain but this bathroom DO NOT STINK. Nice breakfast with variety choice of food upstairs was served by Family. One of days we drove to Hattusa ruin early morning. He provided us sandwiches from the kitchen since we missed the time.Last day they suggested to us to eat 8:00 instead8:30 for our flight. I just wish prosper for him and his family. They never pushed to sell anything , but always very informative when we need and such a layback people with sweetest hearts. Made our stay the most memorable watch balloons on the roof top. Thank you for letting us stay at your nice place.

We had the room at the very end so wifi was a bit shaky here and there. But honestly the staff and the stay was so wonderful to complain about anything.

Great breakfast, great view, great staff who spoke English fluently and helped us out with where to go and with planning our days. They were absolutely wonderful.

Room is a bit small but we stayed only one night so all in all it was ok

Room was nice, great breakfast and the terrace has a very nice view to see the balloons. Staff is very friendly and accommodating - we were able to get to our room earlier than expected and we were able to leave our belongings at the hotel for the entire day of our departure.

Wifi works super slowly from the rooms. Breakfast is ok but not exceptional, especially if you’re not a fan of salt breakfasts. Some suggestion to improve: sweet breakfast, better wifi, night tables on both sides of the bed and and update to the bathroom’s furniture.

Stone palace is a good hotel in a great position. The staff is nice, rooms are quite large and extremely clean. The terrace has a great view.
