The 1st night it was raining and the windows leaked and our luggage got wet. Then the aircon was dripping and not working. We were moved to another room and the aircon still wasn't working. I think they need a bit of care in the building, but overall it was good and clean

Unfortunately, the room was not clean and there were many hairs on the floor. There was also much dust and the floor was sticky for some reason. I don't understand why you don't clean up rooms properly, it doesn't take much effort to do. It's really a pity because all the other aspects of the hotel are good (location, staff, breakfast..). Please clean up rooms properly!!

Wifi did not work well for two consecutive days. I was supposed to work at night and I lost connection. The lady in reception was not able to solve the situation. While the location is good, the way it looks at night is not welcoming. If you are a solo traveller, you can cope with it, but I would not have my family walk there at night because of the clubs around.

The room is big and clean. Breakfast is good. The location is good. Restaurants, museums, market around. It is close to a metro stration and to the rail station. Many buses run in that area.

Better than other hotels I stayed in Ankara for this price , bedsheets were clean and fresh (for me most important thing) , room was a little bit small than I expected but I liked the view and location! Thanks a lot to the porter (man who carried my luggage to the taxi)

Internet was a bit slow. I managed to work remotely. During the day the internet was ok. But it was slow for videocalls

Unfortunately, going to the airport from the hotel is a little more complicated. Do not get fooled by the "airport shuttle service" - there isn't one. They will just recommend the buses or the taxi to you. A little disappointed with the breakfast, once you get the taste of a real Turkish breakfast this feels very bland.

Very clean hotel. The room had plenty of space, it was bright and the bathroom had everything you needed. The bed was very comfortable and had fresh linen. Towels hairdryer,, soap, shampoo were provided as well as a kettle with tea and coffee. Wifi works well. I also have to say that the staff is excellent, I could check-in after midnight and if you need they will also find a taxi for you. The bus from the airport (Ankara air) stops next to the hotel.

The only little problem was WiFi as it sometimes stopped working. But it is probably a problem if all Ankara as the city Is overcrowded. But at the reception, they sorted it out immediatelly after telling them. A bit noisy overnight as for the traffic in the streed, but with closed windows absolutely quiet. But these really are only minor complaints comparing to all the other positives

Everything was really great, the value of money, location, staff, they helped us with the luggage, parked our car and brought it whenever I needed and parked it againg. The room was spacy, modern, clean with enough lights. The breakfast very good with a variety of food in offer. I stayd in several hotels during my stay in Turkey and this one rankes up to the top ones. Also very close to historical sights.

Not all receptionists speak english - had to use the phone´s translator There is a mosque just next to the hotel and the windows are not sound-proof. As a result, the prayer call woke us up at 5 AM. Also, the street doesn´t feel family-friendly or even safe at night. It is full of "Night show" premises, only gentelmen and police around. If you look for a place where to have dinner, I suggest to go directly to the main street,
