A wonderful hotel with a very pleasant atmosphere and friendly staff, they always try to help in everything. Very tasty breakfasts. The rooms and the hotel itself were clean, it was very pleasant to be in it. We had a great time here. I definitely recommend this hotel!

Very good stay in 9 Alacati! İts perfect located- 2 min to the main street but calm and relax. Room is pretty decorated and bed is really comfortable. Breakfast also big and delicious. Morover the owner always tried his best to make our stay nice. Thank you once again!

The pool was a bit small. If there is another family at the pool, there may not be enough loungers and space to lie down. This is not a big deal though, as you probably would want to head to the beaches anyway!

Very central location, attentive staff, large rooms, great breakfast, clean. It is 2 minutes walk to the shops and restaurants, yet the hotel is in a very quiet street.

Our toilet had a small leak but we let them know and it was all okay, no issues there!

We loved our stay here! Celebrated our honeymoon and this boutique hotel made our stay perfect. The location is great, 2min walk from main strip but still very quiet and private at night time which was really nice. Pool is great, perfect temperature and very clean. Our room was very spacious and a nice view of the pool. They haven’t got an iron incase you’re needing one lol. Aircon was great especially after a hot day. The breakfast in the morning was amazing and very filling! Staff are so lovely and accomodating and we will 100% be recommending/going back as soon as possible! Thankyou

Brilliant property. very quiet but only two minutes from the action. The staff were exceptionally helpful. Booking beach clubs, taxis , whatever was needed. Would definitely go back. The breakfast was excellent.

Only small things i wish of tv and safe were there in the room

Cozy very near but not in the middle of crowd but it is few steps away. We chose the biggest room it really worths. So specious and unique with beg tarrace outside. The daughter of the owner is very friendly and so so helpful also a young guy he was also very helpful. Two ladies employees Mary from kenya and the other lady both were very very helpful with big smile. Beautiful place love it. Thanks all. :-)

There was nothing negative that i can say, I appreciate the success of the place.

The breakfast was lovely and the location of the hotel was super good so i went everywhere that i wanted. The employees are good and the service was really great. Also im so thankful for the owner of the place that he is checking all the clients in the hotel one by one if we need anything. See you in summer again !

I didn’t find anything to complain about

The hotel is new, very clean and stylish. Staff is taken care too much about level of the hotel - the smell of home perfume and even my favorite brand of shampoo and shower gel. I mean people really invest good money here. We changed many hotel before and it’s our second trip to Alacati, this hotel is really the best.

The owner is such a bad person. If he can he will try to scam you, Im so dissapointes by way way The owner acted. I was with my mother and father in alacati when this happened: Around midnight i was booking rooms for the next day, i was travelling with my mother, father and my brother. But something went wrong while booking, it might have been because of The time difference or whatever, but the date that got booked was The same day instead of The next day. Within seconds i wrote to The hotel and explaimed what happened, and sent a cancellation request. But The owner lied and said that The system dont allow it, even thought its built i to The system. I said i would happily pay for any extra fee. But he said no. Since this was during midnight and the room was not going to get booked by anyone, i thought it must be a misunderstanding so i went to The hotel and I was met by kind hotel straff, he tried to help us but the owner who wasnt there was clear when speaking on The phone that he doesnt wish to adress the matter. We also suggested that we can pay extra if he just moves The date for one day, he said that we should pay for both days. We ended up calling booking and explaining the situation, booking actually fixed The issue and booked us at The same hotel The next day. To our suprise The next day i got a message from the owner that they wont allow us to check in, because The price of The room went up, even thought we had confirmation from booking. I told The owner that thats between him and booking and that we already have a confirmation. The owner suggested that we pay for our Rooms without booking. You really cold tell that this was a money hungry owner that just wanted as many dollars as possible. I was with my parents, i didnt want drag them to a hotel to argue with The owner so we contacted booking to cancel The stay and they did that for us, and we ended up staying somewhere else.

The straff, Defintely didnt like The owner, he will try to scam you if he can

The room will not be cleaned / replenished during the stay. Also, it’s very noisy and feels more like a hostel due to the young people chilling at the pool/terrace in the late evenings.

The location is perfect. Also, every day there is a large Turkish Breakfast served which is amazing!
