Well run hotel. This was a more comfortable say than a "5 star" hotel I had stayed the week before. WiFi was High Speed amd reliable Which was notable in comparison to other more expensive Thai hotels I have stayed.

The aircon was making continuous noise. It was a soft noise of pushing air out and wasn’t annoying to be honest. The bed was double sized. If the bed would have been king size it will make the stay even better. For a solo person it’s perfect but not for a couple.

Great location, very close to Jomtien beach. Takes 10-12 minute to reach walking street by tuk tuk and add additional 10 minutes for Central Pattaya Mall. The hotel offers great great breakfast between 7-11 am. Additionally their kitchen is also open for lunch and dinner until 9:20pm daily which is very convenient if you are feeling tired and doesn’t want to go out to eat. The prices for lunch and dinner are very cheap compared to outside restaurants. The swimming pool is amazing, big and clean. You can simply spend your day time swimming if you don’t want to go out in the heat. The room size is decent and the rooms are clean. The bathroom is hood size and clean as well.

Little bit far from main attractions. Hotel room windows could better isolate a road noise.

Loud traffic noise ( motorbike , car) even late night. Thanks for the reception lady who was very helpful. I requested to move to another side but the Air conditioner blows to body directly also has noise. Room became smaller but at least I had less noise waking me up during night. Shower ponding water and the shower cube is dirty .

Swimming pool, friendly and helpful staff. A few local food stands, 7-11 , Top daily’s, massage , laundry (behind hotel in deep lane ) are great.

The location is excellent 5-10 minutes to jomtien / Central Pattaya, a nice relax area at the front of the hotel excellent breakfast also open quite late 7-11 a nice pool and very friendly staff we would definitely stay here again

Location not close to eateries and too far from the beach

For a 3stars , this Hotel provided excellent accommodation, good quality sleep, good housekeeping, good Internet and WiFi, an excellent pool and sun area and for a few dollars an excellent breakfast.

Not many food options nearby later on in the evening. Some of the pillows were a little too big for my liking.

Very nice air conditioned reception. Rooms have kettles and refrigerators with water, coffee and towels changed daily. 7-11 next door which was great for a late at night snack or grab accessible for food orders. Pool was very clean and wasn’t overcrowded. Air con in the room was super. Overall great for the money, would stay again if I ever come back to Pattaya.

The breakfast was fantastic, but lacked fruit.

The room is a good size, very updated and clean. The pool on the ground level was perfect. Location for me was great because it took me out of the hustle and bustle of down by the beach.

I had a swimming pool access, but this means your balcony is shared with others, and even though they're not supposed too, people will seat outside your room

The staff were helpful and friendly, and the room was keep very clean. It is just on the baht bus route, so it's easy to go either into Pattaya or Jomtien.

Our double size bed felt bit small. During our stay, we experienced some noisy neighbours, banging doors at 5am.

Friendly & professional receptionist (male staff) with efficient “check in” and the reception area is bright & clean, with plenty of space to relax on comfortable sofas. Our room had a comfortable bed mattress, which is a refreshing change, as from my experience visiting many hotels around Pattaya, beds often tend to be on the hard side. Here we enjoyed pleasant nights sleep! Hotel cleaners were friendly, smiling & regularly cleaned our bedroom.

1) I'd tried to update the dates of my trip, but hotel haven't confirmed it. So we payed for an extra night. 2) also I felt like there wasn't enough light in the room in the evening/night, and it's too dark to read or do something like that. 3) we met some cockroaches in the bathroom

The breakfast are very good here, we all enjoyed it. Also the rooms are nice, clean enough and comfortable.
