Having not been to Pattaya before, the location wasn't great for being nr the centre of the action. It felt quite isolated. We ended up ordering food in, as there wasn't a great selection of restaurants nearby.

I loved the size and luxury of the room. It felt spacious and super comfortable!

For getting access to the room, you have to transfer 2000 Baht to the (friendly) owner. This could eventually cause problems for somebody who has no Thai bank account.

We enjoyed our stay at Veranda Residence in a fully equipped apartment with a great view. Nearby are some restaurants and shops and it is just a few meters away from the beach. You can also use a seafront swimming pool.

The check-in/check-out system is a little confusing, but the host is very responsive via email/messaging so things were sorted out very quickly!

We came here to go to Wonderfruit. Excellent room with an AMAZING view, really, it was incredible. Bed was comfortable and bathrooms were clean and had plenty of amenities! Great balcony too!

Very clean and tidy condo. I have been traveling a lot with my family but this place is the first one to rate 10 out of 10 stars. Rooms are not that big but big enough to let 2 kids play around. when little one goes to bed early time, big son makes noise to wake up the little one but it was no worries. There is seven eleven in front of condo, some food stands, restaurants, or if you walk on the beach, town is just a few minutes away.

We were locked out when the battery on the keycode door lock went flat. Our booking information, owner's number etc was inside, since we had only stepped out for a dip in the pool. There was no-one to talk to, no-one on site who knew the owner and the security guard on duty didn't speak a word of English. Remarkably, one of us attracted the attention of the owner by jumping frantically in front of the security camera, which happily is the owner's private security camera, and the owner phoned us. Had our phone also been inside I don't know what we would have done, since there's no-one to help you on site and our money and clothes were all inside the room.

The only breakfast option was at the attached resort and at $40 a head was out of our price range. There were no lower cost options such as Continental Breakfast only. We cooked breakfast in the room but this wasn't easy given that the only cooking equipment is a single frypan.

1) the owner informed us about the security deposit (which was not mentioned on Booking) when we were already in the airport. She asked about that bank transfer which was impossible for us as it usually takes for international transfers up to 3-5 working days 2) due to family issues we stayed less than half of the period. We asked for a partial refund- they refused. 3) when the security deposit was collected we waited for almost 1 hour for arrangements, although the time was fixed preliminary. First they could not find the maid, then they sent the money through the local system and we had to go to 7/111 and wait there. This situation spoiled the whole impression. 4) if you need to go shopping or walk if the city center you need to get a taxi (15-30 min drive if depends on the traffic).

1) Nice clean apartment. 2) Pleasant Details (gown, single use tooth brush) 3) Beach is close by. I really appreciate the overall colors of the premises. 4) 7/11 really close in case you need water, juice or some basic food 5) Easy way to enter the apartment for the 1 time : detailed instructions. 6) Parking lot in the building
