Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

U Sathorn is ideally located in Bangkok. This is our third stay here and this trip didn’t disappoint. Our room was overlooking the gardens and pool on the third floor. The breakfast is always amazing and the food from the Library is always fantastic. But what makes this hotel so great is the staff, Hot, Carl and Rock to name a few looked after us so well. Everyone is so attentive and nothing is a problem when you need some help or advice on where to go, booking a cab or looking after us by the pool. The hotel is so close to the metro station and you can get a cab or use the shuttle which the hotel provides at certain times of the day. What we love about the hotel is that you are in the middle of a huge city but you would never know that when sitting by the pool. A seven/eleven is at the end of the rood should you need any supplies. Make sure you pay the bit extra for a room looking over the gardens and pool for a great view and the feeling of space. We will be going back without a doubt. Thank you Jason and team for making our stay so amazing and relaxing.

PortugalCleaning is very good but could be excelent (we found a tiny strand of hair in our shower upon arrival, and the pillows on the breakfast chairs, for example, could be tidier). The rooms could have better soundproofing (you can hear people talking and walking in the corridor). Breakfast is very good, with high quality products and a very good variety of Thai specialties. However, we felt there could be a bit more choice of non-asian breakfast products (american/european) and these could be better as well (e.g.: eggs bennedict were very little, with very little pieces of bacon). However, these never made us feel uncomfortable and would just be a note for improvement. We would choose U Sathorn again.
This hotel is like an oasis in the chaotic and busy city of Bangkok. When you get in, you feel immersed in a Thai spa, with a calm and quiet atmosphere that invites us to relax from the busy touristing days in the city. The garden is beautiful, peaceful as well as the pool. The staff is nice and gentle, always helpful. We were allowed an early check-in with no extra fee for it. Although the location might not seem very central, it is very quick and easy (through taxi, Grab car or subway) to reach the interest points, and not expensive at all. On the other hand, the peace you can enjoy in the hotel is for sure a good tradeoff for the location. We were really happy with our stay in this hotel and would definitely recommend it to everyone visiting Bangkok.

This place was like a little paradise in the middle of a chaotic Bangkok, which is exactly why I booked it. I didn't want to feel the bustle of the city around me and that's exactly why this place was perfect for arriving in Bangkok after a long 16 hour journey. Beautiful property, loved the breakfast, the staff was lovely, and the restaurant meal was wonderful. The pool area was so relaxing and beautifully landscaped. Perfect!

BelgiumWe stayed 3,5 weeks and the last day I asked for a late check out which they did but had to pay 2000 Baht. I would expect , as a yearly returning guest to not pay for the extra hours. Was a bit disappointing.
The wifi was not very stable. Housekeeping people so friendly. Always a good morning, always a smile. Same for all the restaurant and reception personnel. Rock, Hot, Plu, Oat remarkable. The pancake girl, sweet person. Rock very helpful and a born restaurant manager. Sure he will get far in the hotel business. All personnel very welcoming and polite and helpful.
