10/10 would recommend to everyone, bed was so comfortable better than a lot of 5 star hotels. The attention to details here is just lovely, really quite and relaxing. Netflix is a bonus and air conditioner works very well.

The place is very cosy and clean. It is also very well situated, next to the bus station and not far from the walking center and night markets. The staff was also kind and helpful to me. It's a ten !

The toilet's were separated only by shower curtain, which is not my favourite kind of door for sure. Also the sound proofing is non-existent, I could hear every creak from upstairs and all the conversations from outside.

The bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in! The room was very pretty and the TV with Netflix and Disney+ a good add-on. Loved the idea of having drinks able to be purchased from the fridge.

Didn’t love the bathrooms as it was all very close together and I didn’t have much room to shower but they were keeped clean!

Loved the room it was perfect for us for one night. Very cool and cozy. The security was done very well and felt very safe. The rooms and lobby were also very clean.

This accommodation was perfect! We wish we had stayed longer because the house was so comfortable and felt like a home. The bed was very cosy. We got one of our best sleeps yet. The smart TV with netflix and Disney+ was great. The kitchen facilities were excellent. It was possible to cook a meal as there was everything you could need. The self check in was great. The directions on how to get in were communicated well, which made our check in very smooth. The location was also great for us as it was a very short walk to the bus terminal and a 7-11. We have nothing bad to say about this place.

The bathroom is shared. The toilet and shower areas are quite small, and are only covered with curtains. It wasn't really a big issue for me, as I've stayed in hostels before, but it is something to consider. I wish there were more hooks near the kitchen/bath sinks to hang stuff, such as a toiletry bag. It would have been nice to have a desk in the room as well.

Great place to stay overnight, if you plan to head to one of the islands. The hotel is close to the Phantip office where you can get a bus to the pier. This hotel offers self-check in. You will get instructions on how to access the building and your room once you book. They also send you a map of the surrounding Surat Thani area with landmarks such as popular bars, restaurants, etc. This is great value for money if you just need a bed for the night. There's a washer/dryer in the kitchen so you could also do your laundry here. There are only a few rooms, and I was the only one in the building when I was there. The room comes with a large flatscreen TV that has Netflix.

Automatic entrance can be difficult in the first time but that was our second time we didn’t have any problems. You can have the wifi code on the door if you don’t have phone service.

I wishes there were openable windows but then the smell outside was meh. A door between the kitchen and showers or for the total kitchen toilet would have been good. Glad it was just me.

The toilets and showers were behind curtains (with secure Velcro to close). This didn’t bother me but if you’re looking for a little more privacy, you might want to consider this :)

The whole house was clean and comfortable. There was Netflix and Disney plus on the TV, the softest towels I have ever felt and a super comfy and cosy room. The staff were super lovely and helpful. Wish I could’ve stayed longer!
