There is honestly nothing that I can fault about this accommodation.

I was absolutely blown away with the service from the staff and even the recommendations provided to us. There was not one recommendation provided that didn't exceed our expectations. Our rooms were clean and very comfortable. I cannot stop talking about the staff, they were so welcoming and very beautiful people. The definitely made our first trip to Thailand enjoyable and memorable.

The hotel and our room were very clean, modern, quiet and comfortable, in a perfect location to visit Chiang Mai old town. The staff of the hotel was amazing, very kind, attentive and helpful, and they gave us very good suggestions for restaurants and activities. Absolutely recommended!

Some small short comings in the build, noise which may have been a thing on the day or with some sound proofing and equipment location. Small things like towel rails in the bathroom and incorrect tile falls.

Beds were very confortable. The bedding clean and crisp. Room was big. All day water and coffee/tea facilities was an enormous positive - specially since it was so hot. Water in the room was plentiful. Pool was great. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was standard but good.

The aircon is a bit too strong for the room size so it's easy to get cold if you put the fan level too strong.

The hotel feels brand new and the room is much better than the pictures, the staff members are very polite especially the front desk guy which is called "Gun", they are always willing to help on any occasion that you will need, with a big smile on their face.

I reserved a room with a view and my view was a palm tree, but this was a problem between them and booking, still, we liked the place so much it was just a detail. We didn't care. Only thing I would say, the room needs more hooks, or hanging spots. There is no closet, or spots to hang wet clothes/ towels inside the room. Is not that close to all the Touristic attractions so it will take you a couple of dollars on tuk tuk taxis to go here and there. But again all details, the experience in general is great.

New building, staff is incredible, the breakfast every morning is like walking into a new gorgeous well done experience (see to believe). Pool with salted water, good tanning area also with sun on it most of the day. Rooms super clean, well taken care off, honestly I loved the place nothing to really complain about.

The breakfast was amazing every morning. Additionally, there were refreshments and snacks available all day. The entire staff was genuinely friendly and helpful. They also have bikes for use and rental scooters. The pool area was also nice and relaxing. The lobby has space to sit and chat or setup your laptop if needed. Overall, a really awesome hotel.

Would be good if they can inform other travellers to avoid using their own electric appliances which might have a voltage difference as it causes electrical issues. Someone was using their hair dryer and the electric just went out while I was having a shower. Not very pleasant... Another feedback to the hotel would be to ensure the toilet is clean properly everyday was the hair stuck at the drainage of our room was not cleared daily and it causes blockage..

This hotel was new and hence everything was great! Free coffee , tea, cereals and noodles that you can help yourself at the lobby. There are e-bikes and bicycles there which you have access to. The pool is beautiful but we did not have time to really take a dip in. They helped us to arrange a day trip to Chiang Rai and everything was great! Located in within the old town, you could either explore on foot or take a grab yo anywhere within the old town which cost less than SGD 4. Would definitely go back there again.

Nothing really! Few small suggestions - pool is so lovely but it needs a ladder or steps to get in and out easily as it can be quite slippery without it. Would also be great to have some conditioner in the bathrooms too, and a mosquito repellent plugin.

Loved my stay here! Nicest staff, rooms are small but clean, cozy and modern, great breakfast with good variety, free all day snacks was a nice touch, nice property with a pool, and perfect location for exploring the old town area. Great value for money!

Absolutely Nothing!

Absolutely everything! Fabulous new hotel which is spotlessly clean. The staff were really wonderful, very friendly and always available to help with any queries, nothing was a problem!There is such a lovely relaxed atmosphere throughout. Room was spacious and comfortable bed. The breakfast selection is really good and having water, fruit and snacks available throughout the day is very welcome. Pool area small but lovely to relax at after a day of sightseeing. This is also spotless, the staff are constantly cleaning.

A brand new hotel, and absolutely beautiful. The staff were both professional and personal (they remembered my name!!). Extremely helpful and proud to show off their city. Everything in the hotel is so thoughtful - from fresh, distilled water constantly available, to the staff regularly putting out fresh fruit or local steamed sticky rice as a snack for anyone staying. Fresh coffee and tea are always available, and there if you wanted to work from the hotel, there is a beautiful, quiet space by the pool. The property itself is extremely clean, new and cleverly laid out. It was a joy to stay here. Truly a remarkable space and level of service.

The only constructive criticism, was the pool, it looked very sleek with white marble effect gloss tiles, it seemed difficult to enter and exit the pool, as there were no steps or grab rails, and the edge was super slippery with the gloss tiles, in fact we only saw one person swimming in it, as the Hotel was new and they might have plans to put in the steps.

Por Singharat,is in a small Soi Alley just of the main road, the soi is shared with private residents that delightful plants and flowers. We were met by very pleasant staff with a willingness to help us enjoy our short stay, it was a nice touch to have all day tea and coffee with free water and snacks. The room we stayed in was on the first floor, it was very clean and tidy with super comfy kingsize beds and nice bed linen and fresh white towels, the AC and Bathroom was excellent. Breakfast was served in the morning, with a mixture of Asian and Continental Breakfast, together with sweet treats etc. Outdoor consisted of a small rectangle pool with 6 loungers set in a courtyard garden. Overall a very pleasant stay, we would book again, however, it would be unlikely we would visit Chiang Mai again.

Nothing really important they cannot improve with some training… They just started some weeks ago!

The hotel is just built, so everything looks good. Besides that, the staff is very kind and helpful with everything. In order to show some examples: they were very kind preparing a Gluten Free menu everyday for breakfast. It is located in a very quiet area in Chiang Mai but close to everywhere.

Honestly, this has been the best hotel during our stay in Thailand so far- including the 5* we are currently in. The staff were so helpful and always welcoming and friendly. The location is perfect for exploring. Especially if you get a scooter, which you can park on the property. We did SO much while in Chiang Mai, and this base was perfect. The hotel is new and clean, the breakfast was wonderful and the free water, coffee, tea, fruit and snacks all day really made a difference, especially if you wanted to lounge by the pool for a day! Honestly such great value for money, we genuinely didn't want to leave.

The pool was a bit cold so we did not use it as much as imagined. It was also a bit slippery to get in and out (no ladder). We did not like the firm pillows (which were consistent throughout all of our stays though).

I had a fantastic experience at Por Singharat . The staff were attentive and very helpful. The room was spacious, clean,providing all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast which featured a variety of options. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable hotel experience. Additionally, the location was convenient with easy access to nearby attractions and dining options.
