Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

FranceVery noisy, everything that happens in the corridor or next rooms feels like it’s happening in yours. During check out, they check the room before giving the deposit back. They brought our small hand towel to the reception and asked us to explain what are the stains (some sand/dust from heavy rain, we used the towel to dry our legs when entering the room). They went to wash it away in front of us to make sure we wouldn’t have to pay for laundry cleaning. That was quite a bad experience and we left with a negative opinion of this hotel.

BelgiumWhile it's near the sky train station, it's not very handy to get to the center, you will have to use taxis, which are cheap. Music in the hallways is nice but could be a little bit quieter.
A very clean and nicely equipped hotel, sleek and modern, appreciated the pool where I could relax. Good soundproofing in windows (but yes you still hear the cars outside, it's not magic 😀 ) BKK is pretty noisy anywhere)))

The hotel is soarkling clean in all areas and the staff very professional and helpful. I really enjoyed the modern industrial design and the layout with work space (electronic sockets, strong wifi) and the kitchen/eating area (with free nescafé, Asian noodle packs/toast). The pool is cute, yet tiny and behind a wall separating it from a busy street. The room offered a comfy bed, fridge, aircon, haidryer, kettle, free water/nescafé and powerful shower. The location 2min from the direct BTS connection to Suvarnabhumi airport is a bonus!

MalaysiaBathroom doors were made of glass, it's quite see-through. Might be uncomfortable especially for those travelling with friends. It would be great if some parts of the walls/doors are opaque.
Had a pleasant 5D4N stay at Ordinary Hotel recently. The room size was quite small but still comfortable for 2 adults nonetheless. Common areas such as swimming pool, lobby and pantry were great spots to hang out with other friends. We also loved that the hotel provided unlimited bottled mineral water in the lobby! Location was near to train station and most shopping spots. There's a small hair salon right in front of the hotel entrance - super affordable and convenient for the ladies! Even 7 Eleven and massage parlour is just walking distance from the hotel. Couldn't manage to get a late checkout due to their busyness but we were still able to leave our baggages safely at the lobby after checkout. Overall had a great stay here and will return next time we visit BKK!

MaldivesThe bed was very comfortable but took the space of the whole room. With big luggages and shopping bags we did not have enough space to walk. The only issue we had was that even though there was room cleaning everyday, the bedsheets and linens were not changed. We had to request to change these and only once it was changed. We even requested for a second time and it was not changed.
We stayed here for 2 weeks and it was good. The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly. The door man is very helpful whenever we come with many bags they would rush to help. The kitchen was a plus point as we can cook and eat anytime we want. Had a nice pool and provided fresh towels. Walking distance to Pratunam Market and platinum shopping mall and 7/11 was nearby.
