The location is wonderfull, beautifull place, very well decorated, very helpfull staff, the rooms are big and beautifull. Beer is free all day long and so does cold drinks. Close to the most beautifull beach in Puket. Really worth visiting...

Absolutely nothing we didn't love

Our stay at Ocean Pie was perfect from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable at all times, starting with cold water and cold flannels when we arrived. We were shown to our beautiful room which was huge and immaculate. Complimentary water, snacks and soft drinks were a lovely touch. The bed was comfortable, we had clean fluffy towels and a hot, powerful shower. The pool area was always kept incrediblely clean, with lots of deckchairs and more complimentary drinks and popcorn. The breakfast buffet had lots of choice and everything was delicious. We loved the location, being minutes from the beautiful yanui beach. We made the most of the free bikes, and cycling to local shops and restaurants was very easy. We really hope to stay here again and I'd give it 11/10 if I could. Thanks to Victoria and the staff for an amazing stay!

Truly one of the best hotels I ve ever stayed (incl. 5 star). They have just everything you could wish for, best value for money. Swimming pool is long and beautiful. Spacious rooms very nicely designed. Bikes for free. Beach is 5 minutes away by walking and good for snorkeling. Coral is dying, unfortunately, but still lots of fishes. Otherwise area is quite, surrounded by farmers and other small hotels, gives you this authentic vibe. Saw some parrots. Big bathtube, if you are tall you'll appreciate) The owner is really very nice, I never write it because usually I don't care lol, but really charming and helpful lady.

Nothing to complain about.

The hotel was great - beautifully designed, very clean and spacious room, nice pool, quiet area and great beaches nearby. 10/10, truly. Breakfast was very nice, had a lot options to choose from. They also have snacks and drinks next to the pool to enjoy during the day, all included in the price. Staff is super nice and helpful and hotel owners are amazing, very kind people! Honestly, I can't recommend it enough, we spent a fabulous time there and we'd love to come back!

This resort is really great. All facilities are very clean, well-organized, and in excellent condition. The interior decor is also perfect. Breakfast and free water and beer are available. It is very close to Yanui Beach. Lastly, the staff are very friendly.

Big swimming pool, Ya Nui beach is just couple of min walking, can take a bicycle to get to Nai Harn beach or Rawai. Good European breakfast, free bar with beverages and popcorn during the day. Staff is very nice snd helpful.

Hangers for a towels in the room

Exceeded my expectations! Everything is within a short distance: Yanui Beach is just a 3-minute ride away, and the best massage salon, "Ni Massage," is also 3 minutes away by bike. They even provide bikes for guests. The swimming pool is excellent, 50 metered long. We were with a kid, and this place more for a couples.

Cleaning service is quite poor. Actually they have no qualified staff to make it appropriately. Just the same bench of guys who do all the things around. There was a thick dust blanket under the bed. It seems no one ever clean it)

Spacious room, good location if you plan to use scooter or any transportation. Two beaches are nearby.

The communication with the staff was through whatsapp and even if Victoria was very helpful, I would've liked to have the possibility to discuss with someone face-to-face, for tips, things to do etc. The small issues in the bathroom

Decent accommodation very close (2 min walk) to Yanui Beach and a very good restaurant. Rawai beach is a 25 min walk, but they provide bikes for free and a tuk tuk (if it's in operating shape). All the above comments are true, the furniture is a bit outdated and the bathroom had some issues, but nothing too serious. The room is very big and spacious. And the owner, Victoria was very kind and helpful with everything.

It’s difficult to get to main bars restaurants unless you drive. Roads are very tricky and narrow. However you can grab food delivery. Victoria was star and did me gorgeous chicken dish as I had not eaten all day.

Beautiful rooms and pool. Breakfast was wonderful mini bar in room with plenty of snacks, water, juice and beer. All included.

Everything was good,

Victoria and Tawan were perfect hosts. They are so friendly, and they took care of every need and desire that we had! The restaurant is great, but it is only open for breakfast. Many other restaurants and stores are within walking distance. It's a short walk to a clean beach with rocks, but the busy, beautiful, and sandy Nai Han Beach is a short taxi ride. Quiet and peaceful at night, and the air conditioners work great. Come and enjoy!

Breakfast was cold and we didn’t have towel racks. again, given how new this is, I think they are just figuring it out still and this will get resolved. Small things! Overall great stay and you really cannot beat the location.

Lack of decoration in the very large rooms and some improvements that will come ( new ownership very recent - time to get everything perfect) - check in without any one speaking English, lack of concierge type service including laundry service.

The overall decoration, the 50 m swimming pool, a small beach nearby, the free bikes to go to Rawaï Beach, the view from the room., the extraordinary new owner, a 25 years old young lady. And a departure free wine and fruits the last evening. All staff trying to do their best. Free snacks and drinks.

There is nothing we didn’t like.

Everything was fantastic! The hosts Tawan and Victoria were amazing and even put on a New Year’s Eve party with fireworks for the guests (and included our family who live nearby), popcorn and drinks every day at the pool and a blow up giant flamingo for some extra pool fun. Push bikes were available for guests to ride or could get driven in the free tuk tuk. Delicious free breakfast with a huge choice of food. So close to beautiful Yanui Beach too. Once the restaurant is fully operational it will be even better.
