Great location with beautiful authentic Thai design

Bed was a bit hard and also pillows not the best. However we bought two excellent pillows for $6 at the department store about 600m away. Had a great stay but six days in Patong was enough for us, moved to Bangtao which was far more to our liking

We stayed in a pool access room which was excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful. Walking distance to everywhere if you don't mind the heat / humidity, but in a quiet location for noise.

I email twice regarding being picked up from the air port, but nothing was organsied. This was the only minor thing but I sorted it myself.

It's located in the best place in patong, not far from the centre of patong beach , just wallk 10 minutes, friendly Stuff and helpful, beautiful pool and very big ,

The room, bed very hard with a queen size bed quilt on a king-size bed. Was loud from traffic outside, people walking around in the room above mine. Doors closing and could hear people talking coming from the hallway area outside my front door. I found it very hard to sleep. The bathroom had a bathtub with the old style tap/shower fittings and low water pressure. If you showered too long, the water would flow along the tiles on the side of the bath and spill onto the bathroom floor.

I thought the only let down was the bathroom, which needs updating, the shower was terrible, I don't think you need a bath, just a very good shower, bathroom is big enough to do this, I also think the TV could have been bigger, I would stay again though 😊

I wouldn't recommend the Spa as it was a strange experience for me.. Also, they just call in someone from a nearby massage parlor to come in so its more expensive. Breakfast is offered at 400 BHT per person each morning which is expensive so I opted to go elsewhere for breakfast.

The lovely staff decorated my bed for my birthday which was a lovely surprise. The swimming pool is really big. Quiet. 10 minute walk to the beach or the main shopping area. Spotless big room. Friendly staff.

The cleaning of the first room was bad, but the second room was clean 👌

Paid for breakfast for 1 day however it felt quite expensive compared to other areas we have stayed in. In future probably worth including it in your stay to bring cost down.

Lovely hotel, rooms spacious and comfortable. Pool area was well looked after and always enough sun loungers. Was in a prime location and everything within walking distance. Staff really friendly and kindly upgraded us on arrival at no additional cost

The breakfast was a little repetitive

The room we stayed in was huge! We had a massive bed, spacious bathroom, and a balcony. The staff were all extremely polite and very helpful. The hotel also has a collaboration with a tour operator and we booked our scooter through them. Everything was just very convenient. Even though the hotel is located in Patong and after reading several negative reviews of the place, we liked the location as it was central yet ‘far’ from the party area. The beach is also less than 15 mins by foot. The pool area is also super cozy. Everywhere in the hotel superb WiFi.

The shower was disappointing. Water temperature kept changing from really cold to really hot and water pressure was awful.

Not a bad location - certainly busy - but a 20 minute walk to the beach and in that heat, that didn't happen. Scarcity of coffee or breakfast places nearby.

We were looking for a more traditional feeling hotel and Nipa fit that bill very well. Big room on the ground floor on the pool side so we could just walk out of our room and straight into the pool. Air conditioning worked great, good shower, clean, no street noise and responsive staff. We did not choose to include breakfast at this hotel but would do so if we came back as there is not much open around there at that time of day. Shops don't seem to open till 10 or later. Lots of touristy shops nearby, only outnumbered by an unbelievable number of massage venues - how do they all stay in business? Definitely an older but fun part of town. If taxi drivers don't know where it is, just tell them it is right across the road from the main hospital.
