The mosquitoes, but there everywhere in Thailand. Also no bins round the pools

Majority of staff were great. I was moving on to Anyavee Resort at Tubkaek beach and a member of staff asked how much I was paying there. When I showed the booking.com site. the response inferred that La Playa was better because it was more. expensive, this was not the case. The cab was VERY expensive (double what I paid thereafter) and the driver got lost.

Seats by the pool were often taken up, we noticed other guests putting towels on the pool chair at 8.30am and "reserving" those seats all day, even if they were not there. It made it hard for us to find a pool chair, even if only 10 people were using the pools.

The staff were so attentive and helpful. Great location, good amenities. Both managers (back and front) were great, the view from the higher rooms is amazing. The housekeepers also paid a lot of attention to detail.

Hotel Located in Great Location with lots of greenery around. Big and comfortable rooms attached with balcony Hotel close to the beach. Nice restaurants nearby, shops etc. Mr Arun is very friendly and helpful, mostly all staff very friendly and polite.

The TV in the room was dated. The balcony would be better if they had sun lounges rather than one day bed.

We stayed in a pool access room with a spa outside accessed from the balcony for 10 nights. We loved the room which was spacious, modern and clean. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. Breakfast was included and there was a good variety of foods available.

Someone made allot of noise on the floor above us - they jumped up and down. The room only had two pillows for 3 people.

After initial confusion with room booked, the stay was very good. Breakfast, pool facilities were very nice. I would recommend that the staff orientate guests a little bit better about things like the Night Market, how to go island hopping - especially for those are not in group tours. The staff were friendly and helpful. The manager in the restaurant kept everyone on their toes. Other guests also enjoyed their stay from what we could see. The bag with towels for the beach came in very handy. It is in a good location.

breakfast choice(very little cereals). Individual tea bags would be nice rather than a pot of hot weak tea. Bigger isn’t always better! arrived & was given an ‘upgrade’ to a family room which was too big for 2 people & had nowhere to sit outside as no balcony/veranda or chairs to sit on. Our booked room wasn’t available until the following day & once we moved to that one with a balcony all was good.

Everything was fine, except housekeeping doesn’t clean the bathroom area well and I’ve mentioned this to the front desk, but still hasn’t been corrected.

Room was comfortable with great views. pool area was great with comfortable lounge chairs. Breakfast buffet had a nice variety of foods.

Nice and relaxed place in middle of Ao Nang, we had a very nice stay there and good time. We booked the hotel once more after our stay in Reilay Beach. Also a big plus was that we got upgraded all the rooms we ordered :)
