Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Quite noisy with the street below a thoroughfare for motorcyclists. Also (and this is not the fault of the hotel) there are many dangerous, aggressive dogs in the streets near the hotel. I like to walk and this made me feel uncomfortable about walking.
Lovely people, excellent breakfast, good large room with balcony, quick walk to Central Plaza shops.

Excellent little hotel, clean and comfortable. Simple, great value for the money. Walking distance to a mall and city center, quiet neighborhood just off the main road. Friendly staff.

No lift. I have a medical issue with one of my knees and walking up a set of stairs is difficult and more so difficult when I have to carry a suitcase up there too and no staff to do that as was the case at this hotel.

Music from 5.30 AM coming from the temple.

Beds might be a bit hard for western visitors (typical of Thai preferences); think orthopaedic western mattress (not a board and quite tolerable to me as a resident expat). TV listing posted in room promised many channels including English language. TV delivered all but one channel in Thai or other Asian languages only. Not a problem for us. Wi fi signal was tolerable, but not great (both visits). Not recommended for those who must do business from their room or otherwise demand impeccable connection. Eg - slow connections to Facebook sub-pages (rarely complete signal loss and always temporary).
Second visit to the hotel. As good as the first. Good value. Manageress (/owner) was very quick to refund the price of an upgrade that we had not booked or requested on arrival - a mistaken room allocation by the night front desk. She spoke fluent English. Very central location albeit the major highway between the hotel and the Central shopping mall and entertainment zone would present some difficulties for those wishing to walk. Breakfast choices good, considering Covid; good value at 30-40 baht for local (eg pan fried egg) and 70 for western eg eggs/bacon/sausage/toast though. However my Thai wife was not so impressed with the bland rice soup.

When I arrived at 9pm from Bangkok and was dead tired. After checking in I realised the hotel does not has any lift and my room is on the 3rd floor and I had to carry my 2 bags totaling more than 20kg up to the rooms. I then noticed that there were no mineral water provided as per normal hotels in Thailand. I was only provided with a small kettle that could boil for 1.5 cups of water. I stayed for 2 nights so the next day they did provide me water bottle, I guess they forgot for the first day. After shower I went looking around for hair dryer but it wasn't to be found and I asked the staff and they just said nope. Not provided.
I booked the hotel due to its proximity to the Central Shopping center. But I did not manage to go at the end. The consolation would be a great coffee place nearby with fabulous vibes.

Walking distance to Central Plaza, where tuk-tuk and taxis are. The staff is wonderful, very friendly and very helpful in proving information on local events.

S Staff very helpful and friendly. rooms have good facilities, very comfortable. Excellent location to big plaza shopping center. Strongly recommend to others, fairly priced and v good value for money. Come on down!!
