Everything was perfect. The bathrooms were clean. Room size was great. They help us a lot with the tours to see the elephants. There is a fridge, they give you some fruits per day and water everyday.

The staff is super friendly, especially the lady that helps me to find doctor when I need it most. The hostel also clean and nice. I really feel like home in the hostel! They also let me to put my luggage for 5 days when I go to Chiang Rai. Super recommended!

Some bigger sitting area outside with shade would be nice.

I never give feedback but this place was my favourite hostel in Thailand so I have to leave some nice words. The staff is very helpful and kind, the hostel is incredibly clean and the location is great. They made me feel home.

Nothing really, was a great experience

Everything was perfect, the staff were so lovely and welcoming! They helped me book so much in the area and my inwards travel to Lao for a great price. The room was very clean and comfortable, they offered free snacks, tea/coffee and fruit in the hostel. Couldn’t recommend more for a comfortable stay where they take care of everything! Thank you :)

The blinds are not blackout so some light gets through, so if you are a light sleeper a sleep mask would be helpful!

Lovely staff (Tao and Yaa), very helpful whenever we needed them. Helped us arrange bike rental. Very clean and modern. and the room was very comfortable. About 5 minute walk from old town and on the street of the Saturday market! :)

The beds weren’t the comfiest. The address appears differently on maps and on the website so I was frequently taken to the wrong address by taxi drivers, which as a young woman didn’t feel the safest.

Staff are lovely here! They helped organise a tuk tik to the sticky waterfalls for a group of my friends. Cafe available on site and small breakfast snacks included in the cost which is nice.

Everything was lovely. There are only 3 rooms upstairs with 2 lovely shared bathrooms. The dorms and kitchen area are downstairs, and there is a water dispenser for free water refills, which is an excellent touch. The hostel also provides free green teabags, fresh fruit, and biscuits. There is a beautiful outside area upstairs that was totally underused by the other guests, but we loved to chill out on it at every opportunity. The staff are excellent, too, and Ya is the jewel in the crown and helped us with all of our needs. She went out of her way to make sure our stay was perfect.

Staff were welcoming and helpful. The double room is amazing but the dormitory is less nice I think (no window) but still okay.

Not the most sociable hostel but I wanted a quiet one

Good location just outside of the South Gate. Right on the Saturday night market. Staff were really helpful and message you to help arrange transfer and any tours of information you need

Hostel is not very social. People are not really hanging out in the common areas.

The staff was really nice and helpful all the time. I even could check in earlier. The location is also very good - directly at the Saturday nightmarket which was very nice :) Rooms and bathroom were clean.

The only thing will be that the rooms are a little bit small for that many beds.

It feels like home, clean and tidy all the time and the staff were so friendly.
