How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Rooms are really small
The only thing I liked about the property is that it was close to the metro station “ASHOK”. The rooms were cleaned everyday also there a lot of restaurants close by.

It was over priced . Actually i was trekked it says slender room very dark with no natural light.i had to pay more to get room with natural light window.

Sadly the microwave was filthy and appeared it had not been cleaned in sometime
We booked a suite and the size was perfect with a separate couch and coffee table, large fridge and microwave

The first Time we slept in the hôtel, it was a very Nice room, and clean. The second Time , we were in a smoking room that smell very badly the cold cigarette, so never sleep in a smoking room (we are smoker but we always smoke outside because of the terrible smell) We were a couple, and we ask for a big bed, we ended with a double single bed stick together , but that was not good , instead of you want to sleep far from your husband. So, first Time with a bid bed and no smoking room was good, The second Time was realy not good (because of the bed and smoking cold cigarette) The swiming pool needed to be clean , because the water was Oiled and realy not cleaned, so There is some thing to see about the water pool cleaner. The people that worked There are all very friendly , only very positive things to say about the working crew.
The hôtel is Near everything , walking distance.

Limited storage space in our room. Breakfast with many leftovers if you come within the last 30 minutes. Go earlier.
Location was convenient. Rooms are nice and cozy. Friendly staff. Also works for relaxing (pool).

No laundry service. No airport transport. No minibar. No restaurants. Soi is a bit tight. Bad lighting in the room. Very bad.

Far from the Main Street, at least 10/15 mins away. Unpleasant guests assaulting the breakfast buffet like locust without any manners at all. Staff should do something about this behavior display.

The rooms were a little too small for 2 people sharing. Lack of space to move around. The shower stall was too small and the mini bottles of bath shower.
Away from the hustle and bustle of the main roads thus no traffic noises.

The slender room was slimmer than anticipated. Ok for me but a couple would be bumping into one another. As reqested the hotel gave me a high up room with a view but the view was horrible. Right up against another building with the ledge covered in pigeon droppings. I kept the blind down all the time. I didn't complain because of the positives mentioned above. It would have been nice to have been warned. The corridors were very dim/dark.
The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Very good shower in compact bathroom. I was on the 8th floor and I liked the quietness. Enjoyed breakfast. Staff were helpful.

Some of the room facilities were a little bit dodgy ie TV was hard to navigate, safe needed to be repaired and air conditioning was a little bit loud but nothing too major.
Staff were friendly and helped us purchase Mai Thai Boxing tickets. Cleaning staff were great and location was near Terminal 21 and BTS and MTR which got you everywhere. Was good value for money

Room was small, dark, cramped and had a tiny window looking directly onto the back of the building next door. Breakfast wasn't included. But the Terminal 21 foodcourt provided the best selection anyway.
The location was very convenient for shopping and nightlife, yet quiet enough to escape it all too.
