This is one of my favorite hotel in Bangkok, it is new, location is the best only few minutes walk to BTS and Airport Rail Link. It is central location that easy and convenient to go to many Bangkok attractions with public transportation. Hotel staff of all level have good customer service mind. Room is super comfortable, the best buffet breakfast with too many choices that taste so good. This is my second time staying here and I will be back for sure in the future.

The check in staff explained the amenities in detailed without me asking. Location good, sheltered walk from the bts station. Breakfast spread was very good. The kids enjoyed the pool n there's two pools, both with very nice view. The rooms are very clean. Lobby very beautiful. Short walk to a massage place. Popular dessert cafe just beside.

This hotel boasts an unbeatable location in the heart of Bangkok, just steps away from the airport metro. The convenience of getting around the city was unparalleled. The breakfast and hotel were outstanding. Additionally, the staff provided exceptional service, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The pillow can be better. The minibar coffee is boring, 3 in 1 coffee taste like chemical mixture. Can consider replace with local traditional coffee bag. And the tea can add the local Thai tea bag (although it taste artificial too). Hairdryer given is loud and low in airflow, my wife wasted lots of time to dry her hair. The light switch combination is weird, it lack of less brightness ambient light selection. The curtain have light leak at ceiling level. Door don't have seal to provide better sound insulation. Lots of noise from walkway and door slamming noise from neighbor. The wardrobe door aluminum edging is sharp, need to be careful not hurting yourself or damage your pants/dress while passing by. The iron provided need time to learn, or else the water will leak all over the place.

Location, design, facilities. Convenient location at the end of the BTS to airport and green line towards major malls. Manage to avoid the terrible traffic jam most of the time by using mass transit. By the way taxi ride still not our favorite travel method in this city unless no other choice. The hotel using an App for house keeping request and facilities information, very useful. The pool view is stunning. For those who wanted to utilize the lap pool I'll advise getting there as early as possible. It open from 6am. It getting more people after 7am. The pool size is no too big so won't accommodate too many people. The buffet breakfast offer lots of choices, good for us as a taste bud cleanser, after each day of flavorfu foodl out there.

Due to an early morning tour, we couldn’t eat the breakfast buffet that was included with our stay, so we requested a takeaway box instead. The food was not the same quality or taste as offered in the buffet. The bread was very stale and inedible, and we didn’t receive the coffee that we requested.

The hotel is perfect, just opened one year ago, all the facilities are beautiful, clean, elegant and new, the hall is astonishing, the breakfast is amazing, with abundant choices and great services, the staff is professional and friendly, the swimming pool on 22nd floor is a highlight with beautiful views, the room is very standard and comfortable, with paranoma view of the city, the location of the hotel is very convenient, just beside a Skytrain station and airport train station, easily accessible to hustle and bustle city life and all the attractions, restaurants, shopping malls and bars, and the price is very reasonable.

The soundproof isn't perfect. We can hear people close the door and walk outside the corridor.

That was amazing! Several swimming pools, beautiful bars, lovely and gentle staff, gorgeous lobby area. Everything is perfect! And the main point for us was a direct exit from the hotel to an airport shuttle.
