How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Great location, EXCELLENT staff, good facilities (although starting to look a little tired) ... I love staying here and there are great restaurants nearby and I always feel very welcome and cared for during my stays at this hotel!

There are 2 times our message not delivered to the Tuk-tuk driver, maybe the cell phone's battery was Ganjar (16% left)
This hotel has a good location in the heart of Bangkok, surounded by malls and walking distance to Nana BTS station, and 15 mins away walking from Sukhumvit MRT station. Just a few step from 7 eleven and street food vendors if you need some erands. Thanks to the Tuk tuk driver who always picked us up and took us to the BTS station 24/7, and Mrs. Jay who kept our room tidy and clean.

First room we had was very small and had been sprayed for pest control so the smell left us feeling nauseous and headache. We were quickly moved the next day when I raised at reception. Location is quite far from river and main tourist attractions but we eventially worked out that we were quite well connected if we used the sky train.
Second room we had was very spacious, spotless, comfy, modern facilities, good breakfast, quieter location on a busy street, helpful staff that resolved problems, loved the pool and also used the gym.

I was there for a week and was not able to go out very much due to some treatment I had had. It was great to have a kitchenette and microwave so I could eat in. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The lovely cleaning staff dropped by every day to check if I needed anything

The location is a bit far to walk from the main road, but the hotel provided a 24 hour free shuttle service to pick us up and send us to the main road. So, no problem at all.
Very helpful staff and good facilities. Will definitely go back

Looking a little tired
Reasonably size 2 bedroom apartment suitable for family. Good central location on Soi 8. Tuk-tuk available whenever you need to drop you to top of the soi near BTS Nana near restaurants, nightlife, shopping malls and not far from Benchskitti park

Lovely location, right in the middle of the city. Asok station is at a walking distance from the stay. Sukhumvit 8 and 11 streets are bustling with different cafes, bars and clubs. If you don't like to walk, they have a golf cart for the residents to use on the street which drops near the main road. Rooms are comfortable and in Japanese style.

Lukewarm showers, pool photos misleading, but not a deal breaker. Would stay again here.

Wifi was still under that "logon to a webpage" setup which plays havoc with my VPN (and if you are not using a VPN in SE Asia you should!). View was off the next door neighbours parking lot.
Nice little apartment. A fair way from Sukhumvit but they provide a 24hr complimentary tuktuk service to and fro. Just make sure you get the reception phone/wa number to be able to call. Modern, clean apartment with high value fittings and fixtures. Complimentary coffee and water in the lobby between 7am - 6pm was a nice touch - esp if you are waiting for a Grab vehicle to navigate BKK traffic. Not the cheapest option but what they do, they do well.
