We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

I stayed here a few years ago when it first opened and sugested to the management and on my review at that time it would be in their interest to have at least one English language tv channel but still have not added one. The hotel is convenient for travellers, very clean and obliging staff, safe parking snd adequate breakfast.

ThailandThe room had been closed for awhile, heat built up in the room to an unbearable temperature. The room took several hours to cool and the bed was still very hot at bedtime. I only got a couple of hours of sleep on the first night. The second night was great with no problems.
First morning ordered off the menu and second morning was a buffet. The breakfast was very good.

Thailandnot much of activities. It might be off peak so they did not have much of choices for breakfast. Wifi got slow/cut off periodically.
Cozy and quiet since it is quite away from the city center, but not too far. Close to TonTan market so it is easy to find places to eat. Safe to walk around at night. Hotel is very clean. Staff were very helpful.

United States of AmericaThe 500 baht deposit for the key is so stupid. You can’t pay with credit card and if you don’t have cash you have to go to the ATM. Remove this ridiculous policy.
Great location, clean, comfortable. The rooms are a bit small but not bad. Cozy and updated.
