Breakfast is just fruit and toast but for the price it didn't even matter. There are many restaurants in the beach next door.

Great location right on the beach. The bungalows are massive and modern, huge bed, huge bathroom. There is a convenience store on the beach 5 minutes walk away.

the breakfast was repetetive very quickly as it was only egg and toast. The listing in booking is a bit misleading, because it raises the impression of a 4-star resort. It is not a 4-star resort anymore, the resort is abandoned and only the bungalows are used. This did not become clear before the booking

I really liked the size and location of the bungalows, the scooter rental was very easy and there were some books to borrow

Ideally need a bike to get to 7/11 or restaurants etc. we turned up with the idea they was a pool as one of the photos showed this but it was attached to a private room so there wasn’t one.

This was very clean and the staff are great. You can rent motorbikes for them. It’s located right on the beach.

The property is quite away from the main road, when we arrived we were told the bar & food were not been served. But we went to the bar/restaurant next door which was perfect. The food & hospitality was fantastic.

The property is absolutely beautiful & peaceful. Our room was stunning & big. We looked on to the beach, which was clean & tidy.

Really hard pillows. Beyond walking distance to main road or street food, would need a scooter. And no 7/11 near by.

It’s pretty quiet and the sunsets are lovely. The staff were very accomodating. Cocktails on the beach hand delivered and for a good price. Restaurants next door which are good. Breakfast was ok. Beachfront room was very nice and big. Helped us move room when the a/c broke

There isn’t actually a pool. The photos show one, but it’s part of the old resort that is all abandoned. There’s no cooked breakfast, no eggs or sausage etc. It’s just fruit and bread. They encourage to keep the doors/windows shut for mosquitoes but housekeeping keep the door wide open for cleaning, bringing in loads of them.

Lovely bungalows. Very spacious, clean and large bathroom. Quiet area of the beach right at the front of the resort. Sun loungers and beach towels provided. Only 10 minute drive from the ferry port. There’s plenty of restaurants just at the beach front and a mini mart close by too.

No lights were working around and in the Pool!! We had maitainece men with us most of the second day which was a shame as we couldn't relax. They did repair the Whirlpool but still no lights for the complete stay. Large Wardrobe but only 4 hangers. Loads of cupboards but with nothing in them. Not one drinking glass, plate or cutlery. When we arrived things were not explained well to us. No Bar, no Pools but it had lititure about Pools? Didn't know where to go for breakfast? Breakfast was Melon & bread but it turned out we could order eggs etc. Found the Bars and Restaurants along the beach.

Location was quiet and on the beach, great to have our own private pool and garden, we found some lovely Bars and Resturants along the beach.

The beach is great but there is not enough natural shade and there aren’t any sun umbrellas. For comfort and safe we need sun umbrellas! Breakfast was ordinary and poor. I hope that in the future they will make it much better.

Good hotel in good location. Great place, calm and relaxing, fantastic beach. Everything was good. The staff was affable and responsive.

Great beachfront. Promising resort, still being developed. Rooms are generous with strong aircon. Well proportioned bathroom. Beach towels bath robes and very bouncy cotton slippers provided.

Staff was kind and helpfull. Wish they speaks a bit better English in restaurants. Breakfast yogurt would be nice. Massage sport IS in themorning / day sunshine. If it would be located at shade, would bring More customers there 😉

Very poor availability of what is normally expected in a resort. Apart from breakfast, which was appalling, there was nothing offered. If it wasn't for the adjacent bars and restaurants eating and enjoying what is expected when booked into a resort would be difficult. Unfortunately the resources available would only appear to be able to keep the place maginally viable. Staff were great.

Breakfast did not have much choice but for the amazing price it did the job all the same and lots of restaurants near by.

The location was beautiful, on a lovely quiet spot of long beach. The snorkelling was brilliant and the beach seemed to be relatively untouched by the onslaught of jelly fish the area was seeing. Lots or restaurants, bars and massage spots along the beach. Bungalows lovely and spacious and clean. Absolutely loved our time here and wish we had longer there. Can’t wait to return.

- We were a little worried as we drove off the main road through the site as it looks like a ghost town but so glad we didn't cut & run as the bungalow portion of the site is lovely

- Beachfront location was absolutely perfect - Huge room and bathroom with everything you need - No bar but lots of other options along the beach - Read quite a few review comments about the limited breakfast options but felt it was perfectly adequate ( especially for the money ) and, if anything, just added to the whole laid back vibe - Travel consultant on site who can take care of taxis, boat, bike hire etc

The breakfast is a disgrace. Very little, poor choice, not good quality. No facilities available, for example no bar , no snack bar … hence why they accept you taking your own drinks, or drinks from next door rests to the sunbeds… Nice rooms, but the grounds and facilities/amenities should/could be much improved.

The very large room was of a very high standard; spacious, well decorated, very nice bathroom ( with walk in shower and bath ). Property is right on the beach, very clean long beach (3 km long) . Staff very pleasant. Agent’s desk in reception, selling local excursions, bike hire etc .very satisfactory.

Wi-Fi wasn’t great but that is the same for most places in Thailand that I’ve visited. A laundry service would have been useful but there are ones close by.

Cleaning can be improved. Breakfast they are still working on it to probably offer more options, what we had was good however choices are a bit limited.

Position just by the sea, it is part of a bigger resort with super direct access to the beach. A bit far away from the rest of the ”city” though. Staff helpful and super friendly
