If you're quite particular, you will notice some small gaps in the walls so a few bugs can come in but we didn't mind one bit. It's a rustic feel and we still lived it!

Located in a quiet part of the island but only a few mins to Walking Street. The bungalows offer a transfer service which works great. The bungalow was spacious and clean. Lovely surroundings and the staff were very friendly. Highly recommend!

The property was great, showing the traditional Thai backpacking experience. The staff are friendly & helpful, the food is really good plus great breakfast choice. We had our laundry cleaned which was done quickly & cheaper than within town. The gentleman who drives the Tuk Tuk with the ponytail was helpful & was great at running us around the island. Highly recommend Sunrise beach area.

Sometimes the frogs made a bit too much sound, and the walls was a bit thin so we could hear our neighbors sing in the shower. But it was not bad!

It is surrounded in beautiful nature very close to a beach. It is a bit outside of the “centrum” but still walkable. Very quiet and only animal sounds!

1. Mosquito Net Issues: The mosquito net in the bungalow had several holes, so it needs to be replaced. 2. Maintenance Needed: Some minor maintenance issues, such as holes in the walls, could be addressed to avoid “unexpected guests” in the room. 3. Breakfast Variety: While the breakfast offered was satisfactory, adding options like pancakes or waffles would be great.

It was really too hot to be in a room without air conditioning. At other times of the year it might be fine, but not in hot season. The mosquito net was full of holes, so useless. The route to the fan rooms needs to be improved. I felt unsafe having to step over pipes and scramble down an unmade path to the road and then go back into the hotel property again. I think there should be a proper path within the hotel property. The steep steps up and down to the restaurant and beach would not be suitable for anyone with even minor mobility issues.

Food and drinks at the restaurant were good. The beach and the amazing view and sunsets are beautiful. Very pretty garden. Gorgeous cats. Location away from the hustle and bustle of walking street but still easily accessible.

The location is a bit far from the Walking Street for food and other entertainment.

We had the Garden View cottage- the room layout is superb. Love the toilet because it’s structured in a way that it’s not dirty with sand etc. The room is just nice for sleep at night.

The shower room was pretty bad as far as mold, or what I think was mold because I would have allergy symptoms only in staying here. Not in other parts of Koh Lipe. The water hits the wood, which seems interesting.

Hazard zone if your not a good walker lots of uneven footpaths & we were other side of the place so in & through resort out the back end onto road then in an again. 52 steps down to the breakfast but lovely view.

Only provide one single use water and we can refill.

Beautiful grounds with recycling features and water tanks to save on single use plastic. Comfortable bed, kettle, fridge and tea/ coffee. No water in the sink but quickly repaired with better flow. Great breakfast and friendly waiting staff. Cheap rates for Tuk Tuk to the main drag.

There are quite a lot of mosquitoes.. but the hotel provided mosquito coil.

The view from the restaurant is superb. Breakfast was great. Transport services was efficient. Hotel took effort to send back my phone and charger when I left it in the hotel.

Our bungalow was separated from other bungalows (we had to walk outside of the main path in the resort to reach ours). They were also rebuilding another bungalow next to ours for the whole day, so we couldn't stay inside, because it was loud. The path to the bungalow was not nicely done (the roots from the trees and no path) and the bungalow was pretty small (if you have one small suitcase it's ok, but more than that it's extremely tight). We payed the most during our trip in Thailand there, but in our opinion it's not worth the money.

They offered amazing big breakfast, the beach downstairs is just stunning. We also had a deluxe bungalow with a great view! Plus the staff were extremely nice, always somebody there and ready to help. Also what we found really useful is that they offer their taxi around the island, which is 3 times more cheaper than other taxis.

The bungalows are very close together so there is little to no privacy. People staying here were mostly older and quite considerate but on our last night we had a party next door until the early hours... The reception isn't staffed at night and writing about the noise to the WhatsApp contact provided by the hotel didn't generate any response. So incase you get idiots as your bungalow neighbours you are on your own - consider yourself warned...

There were some insects in the house + many flies but for the price you’re paying it’s fine

Beautiful view + private beach :) only have to go downstairs and you can have a nice beach day + the free breakfast was great! 5 options to choose and a drink.

We stayed in a bungalow, it was very dirty. Dirty walls and windows with sand and just dust. Though we asked to clean nothing changed. There was aconstruction ongoing next to.

The location is very good as well as the breakfast. Terrace was very nice.
