Friendly staff and a comfortable room

Room was a bit dated and the lock on the door didn’t seem as though it would take much to crack it open. Having said that I did not have a major issue with it and the safe in the room was fine. The bathroom was old and the shower in the bath was positioned so the whole room filled with water.

Hotel was good as well as the pool. Away from the main road.

When I arrived it has some cockroaches and some ants in the room so got that fixed. The housekeeping should check the place before allotting rooms.

Our room didn't have WiFi. When we asked for it to be fixed they tried to move us to a downgraded room or said we could go to an upgraded room but we would have to pay more. The issue was never resolved, so we stayed in our room with no WiFi for 6 days

The hotel itself was nice and the pool was nice. Our room had a nice view of the pool

The huge hill up to the hotel. No staff in pool bar (no sign that it would be closed). The restaurant was closed even tho it said it would be open. The room was not cleaned when we arrived but staff went and cleaned it straight away, can be said but it was in the mid night so thats worth alot tho.

The room was sweet. the staff was just verry friendly in general.

Upon arrival we had no air conditioner refrigerator or TV the staff fixed the air conditioner right away my wife went and got an extension cord for the refrigerator the TV never played for the whole time we were there they could not fix it that is the only problem they tried

The staff in the resort with excellent I dealt with the night time crew only because I am in the USA at 12-hour time difference they are very friendly and tried to resolve the issue we had

The uphill is bad, the rooms are quiet small and there were small insects in the room. The AC light disturb when you are trying to sleep

The hill we had to climb the first day to get to the shops.it was a needed walk.lol

The extreme helpfulness of Prem, the night shift gentleman. There were a power outage and he went the extra mile to accommodate us with our special request. We are so grateful for him and the team to make our stay comfortable. So well done Prem..

Bathroom was different to what we expected, there was some mould in places on the windows in the shower and the bedding was made but not changed.

for the price it was very good value for money. it fit the purpose of the trip.

Great pool and free motorbike parking

The room was neat and tidy with a descent size balcony and fair view. The room was cleaned daily.

The lift button to the 5th floor didn't work. The bathtub wasn't working, the water kept draining out. Also, the toilet seat was stained. We couldn't ask for room service and they couldn't understand English. No room service or restaurant numbers were available in the room.

The room was very dirty, some random puddle of brown gunk under the bathroom sink, marks on walls, air conn barely worked and phones to reach reception also didn’t work

Breakfast is terrbile, pool dirty and the pool bar is accessible only from the pool and you need to pay in cash :)

pictures and in real life wasn’t similar at all, the room had a damp smell to it. the room was really out dated and overall wasn’t great

countless centipedes making there way into room. without door even being open, but it is a very simple fix and not all rooms were like that. this was our 2nd time staying and it only happened once but multiple nights.

staff not helpful elevator not working and need to take the luggages by your self, many stairs to reach the room No irons provided not supporting late check out you have to extend one more day instead of paying per hours cause it expensive 300 per hour many mosquitoes 🦟 in the room for me it was bad experience and not recommended

When you return from the city on foot, you will have difficulty to reaching the hotel because it is on a mountain. You must walk on a hill.
