We were on our honeymoon, so the lack of windows did really impact us. Too dark like a cave in winter - not what you expect from a holiday, was my wife's comment!

Comfortable stay and helpful stuff. The pool was quite nice although not many sun beds were available. The gym was a really nice bonus. They prepared lunch boxes for us since we had an early flight :)

Some of the start were disinterested. Bed was uncomfortable and when it’s 40 plus degrees it would have been good to have a cold room to arrive into but it was very very hot . Once cooled down which took an hour it worked well . Breakfast options were ok

First room’s sliding door did not work. Neither safe seemed to work in the first and second room- we had to move due to broken door in first room.

The hotel gardens and surrounds are well maintained and give a sense of calmness. The hotel is well positioned with easy access to transport and restaurants/cafes. There were plenty of tables in the dining area for breakfast and again, the setting was very relaxing. The room was comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay. Great value for money

More vegetarian options for breakfast buffet would’ve been nice. Also one of the rooms we booked sadly had no natural light and the only window in bathroom was facing the wall of building next door. Rooms on higher level were much better and amazing views

Perfect location. Can walk around with lots to see. Close to an awesome food market with lots of choice, shops, bars,temples, massage places. Nice cold deep pool so refreshing after a big day. Local family friendly hotel. The male staff member at restaurant was so friendly and helpful providing drink service by the pool . Thank you

No disabled rooms and not offering any ways to help with it. The answer was all the bathroom are the same. I don’t think so.

Nice swimming pool . Beautiful arrangement around the hotel. Breakfast was simple. Staff were very helpful. Room was small and bathrooms was not adapted for a person in wheelchair.

Beds were a little firm for me but thats just me and I'm sure they would be fine for others. I booked a room with a balcony as I am a smoker but the balcony was very small, me, a cup of coffee and a laptop near filled it with just the wall of the next building to look at but it served its purpose and I need to stop smoking anyway ! Some bacon with the breakfast would have been nice and I don't like hard fried eggs but you can't have it all and the good outweighed the bad by a long way.

Good choice for our family, nice friendly atmosphere and nice pool. Breakfast was good and great wifi throughout. Good location close to shops restaurants, bars etc. All in all a nice place to say and would stay again.

Great cosy hotel.Great location, walking distance to all main attractions.Lots of temples. The room was spacious, staff very kind and helpful.we stayed 3 nights , luckily a weekend , Saturday night market, Sunday night market and the bazaar market. You can walk everywhere , it s in the old quarter , lots of history. There s a small cafe just next to the hotel if you are hungry , cheap and cheerful. The breakfast was a bit of everything , it should match everyone taste, bread , fruits, Thai food, salad. A pool to relax in the afternoon heat.

Unfortunately my stay was spoiled slightly by my key card reader running out of battery. I was locked out of my room at 4am and it took me a long time to find anyone to help. I received no replies to messages and there was no one at reception. I was very close to sleeping by the pool. The following day someone broke into my room when I was sleeping and turned the lights on - presumably to fix the door but without speaking to me. I would’ve expected some sort of apology for this but got nothing at all which was extremely disappointing…

The hotel is beautiful with a very nice pool and big traditionally furnished rooms There was a gym (very dated but better than nothing) It’s a perfect location in Chiang mai old town The restaurant was very nice - try the lychee mint smoothie

Staff were the highlight of our stay, they were so obliging and pleasant. Location was also wonderful, close to the nightlife and tons of food stalls, however, far enough away that there was no noise keeping us awake at night. You're also surrounded by temples and are a walk away from all the markets. Hotel room was very clean as well was the pool and surrounding area. We had such a lovely stay here. Pictures are also a great representation of what the rooms look like.
