Reception was empty everytime we walked by. It took us 15 min to get someone to check in and check out. Bed is not too comfortable.

I assume the aircon is needed in just few days a year (as hotel is located right in the forest) but we've been there just at that specific hot day and night. So we would appreciate if there was anything which would help to cool the room. Heating is there (to warm the room up during the winter), to be fair.

It was not my first visit, I like the location. Very comfy if you want to jog in the woods (even in hot summer day).

the toilet button didn't work, TV remote worked only if you pushed hard enough and if you were close enough to the TV, we couldn't change the channel from the bed

the room was very clean, only one big stain on the carpet and it didn't matter, nature was beautiful and very nice hotel, the staff was very nice and helpful, so many things to do around the hotel

It was a bit hot in the room, and I could not adjust the air conditioner. But opened window helped No hair dryer. But it was warm in the room 😀

Great location, calm, fresh air. I came late at night and was already excited with the road that led through the forest to the hotel. The hotel is located in a forest, very quiet area. The restaurant was open and served very tasty food. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We will come back for spending more relaxing days at Hotel Veverica 😊

I liked the location of the hotel so much; I could feel and clearly see the rich colors of autumn being surrounded by Lesopark Brezina. I also enjoyed the quietness of the environment. The staff were friendly and helpful. The Wi-Fi was working, properly! The Martini Rose was very tasty! :) I will consider staying @ this property on my next visit to Trencin.

Nice quiet location in the forest, yet not too far from the city center. Enjoyed early morning run on nearby trails. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room (I had one with a terrace), good value overall. Will definitely book again next time I’m in Trencin.

After arriving, we waited for several minutes at a reception ringing their bell after a lady came (without a mask when the rules required that) without any apology. We came within regular check-in hours (after 2pm) but the lady said she was not sure whether the room is ready for us or not. It was ready but I consider it a standard to have the room ready when you arrive during hours specified by the hotel. Last but not least, there is a poor signal in the hotel so you rely heavily on wifi. The hotel had 2 wifis but none worked. When I inquired about it, she said several people already complained about it that day, again without any apology. We wanted to get a taxi and she found us the number on the computer but we did not have signal or internet. No offer to call it for us. Real pity that the services did not meet the same level as the hotel facilities.

The hotel is situated in a beautiful location in the woods, the apartments are renovated, extremely spacious and very clean. Entire hotel looks great.
