We had a fantastic stay at this property. The staff was so warm and welcoming, definitely a credit to their employer. Our room had a private terrace with a jacuzzi perfect for chilling and star gazing.

Good location, friendly staff, great breakfast ( good choice of food and alternative to milk and drinks ). Lady who served us at breakfast time was really nice and polite, thank you. We stayed in mid January and the room was so nice and warm.

everything was absolutely amazing, great food, great service, we even got welcome drinks and upgrade of our room with jakuzzi on balcony. the owner made sure that we have everything and everything is ok. we will definitely return, love this hotel. very close to downtown, it has wellnes and if you want to,you can order massage. thank you hotelo lowe for your hospitality.

Nice, comfortable, equivalent to 4* standard. After hard day on your business trip you can enjoy small but modern and clean wellness center in the basement. I can recommend this hotel and will come back again.

The hotel does not have own parking area and u have to park on the public area, where you can paid your own ticket. I was there for one night so it is ok for me, but when you want to stay longer it can be uncomfortable.

When I Check out Reception colleague was not kind. Poor breakfast. It was an apartment in a hotel, but it was inconvenient because there was no kitchen. There is an elevator next to the room, but it was difficult to sleep because of the noise.

Location is good. Large room. The hot spring water was very good, so I was able to enjoy the hot spring in the bathroom.

The drain in the shower was broken, we needed to manually lift it to allow the water to flow away. There was a bath tub in the room, I prefer walk-in showers, but that's not really a negative, that's just down to personal preference. There was no free parking, we needed to use the town's paid parking in the street. The cot they provided (free of charge) for our baby had one of the side joints partially broken (it still could be used, but you don't expect that in a 4-star hotel). The view from the room was just the building across the street.

The room (and the interior overall) was very elegant and clean, the reception staff was super nice and the breakfast was plentiful. The hotel restaurant offered very tasty, good-looking and surprisingly cheap meals throughout the day. The pool was in great condition, looked like new, very clean and very fancy. The toilet in our room had a high-tech, automatically retractable bidet shower built-in. The bed was big and super comfortable and the carpet in the room was very soft, it was a pleasure just walking around the room. The hotel was just a few minutes of walking away from the city center and was located in a quiet street with no disruptions from the surroundings (no main road, late-night bars or restaurants, etc.)

Towels were not clean, probably they thought it is clean as somebody put it like clean. Whirlpool at premium room we had became suitable for use (warm) about midnight, but was paid from 2.pm

Bathroom was pretty old school, but sufficient for one night stay.

Location is almost in the city center, very close to popular spa area of Piešťany town. The price per night included also pool & spa which was pretty cool. Breakfast was very nice, you could choose from nice range of vegetables and fruit.

We booked a room with jacuzzi, but when we came, the water was old and dirty. The staff cleaned the water without any problem, but I would prefer it being ready before we arrived.

The smoking room connected to the dining room for breakfast, and smoke came from this room during breakfast. The reception staff is good quality but nothing extra. Noise during the night while sleeping, a lot of chlorine or chemicals in the jacuzzi that caused the eyes to sting. Since we arrived late on the first day, on the second day we no longer had access to the wellness only for a fee. That means we didn't even get to the wellness. On the other hand, in the Czech Republic, we were guaranteed one entry, regardless of whether we were only half a day on the given day

jacuzzi and a big guest room with a balcony :). Great breakfast and kind kitchen staff which refills liquids and cleans empty dishes. Good accessibility near the centre.

Facility not duly maintained, it looks worn out. Cuisine is old-fashioned, not up to standard of this kind of facility
