Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

HungaryNo lift, which makes you think twice what to take with you to the room. What was really awful is the view from the room as it overlooks something very industrial even if the Castle is in sight in quite a distance, but it was not a huge issue for us oncce we arrived late, left early, stayed for only one night.
For a 1-star hotel it is good. We had a fridge and kettle in the room, mugs, plates and cutlery in the chest of drawer on the corridor. The room was clean (but a bit smelly, more airining would be advisable!), the beds were comfortable.

Decent room, rather basic but clean, good breakfast, about 2 km to the Bojnice Castle. The room was very quiet. Good price. Lots of space for parking very close to the hotel.

United KingdomWe found the sound insulation a little poor as you could hear everything from the room next door. We were expecting to pay by card but on arrival were told cash only.
The hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff were very friendly. The microwave in the corridor with plates and cutlery was a bonus. There was always a good supply of hot water. We found the location convenient as it was an easy level walk to both the train and bus station and also it was possible to walk across the river to Bojnice castle. There are two large supermarkets next door.

SlovakiaRooms could use more wall plugs. Couldn't use the lamp while charging my phone. I would also appreciate a mosquito net on at least one window, especially in the summer.
The rooms were well furnished, I loved the colors in the room. Facilities were also great. The location was fantastic, everything was close by. And the price is unbeatable. Well worth the money!

PolandVery well 1 night stay on road through pretty Slovakian sites. The owner was kind and gave us a helpful hand lending us the battery charger without even asking for when the motorbike refused starting. After a while everything was fine. Thanks again. Wishing you all the best.
