There is a limit for the breakfast up to 25 EUR per room - you need to order the breakfast based on the cafe's menu (and prices). This was not an issue for us, however for the hotel which classifies itself as a 5-star hotel, one would expect hotel guests can enjoy at least morning coffee without any limit. Within this limit, we had 2 toasts and 2 hot drinks. You can of course order whatever you want, but then you need to cover it yourself as an additional expense. However the quality of the food was great.

It is an exceptional boutique hotel, creatively furnished full of art and historic charm - with very comfortable and spacious room, and also big bathroom. Given the hotel is in the historical building, there is no lift (which was not an issue for us, but just in case it is important for anyone with disabilities or heavy luggage). There is an amazing garden terrace where you can take some rest, read or enjoy the breakfast in case the weather is good. In case you have the room with windows oriented to the street, it may get a little bit loud early in the morning (but again it did not disturb us at all). Also staff is very helpful - they also called us in advance to explain where we can park. Parking is available approx. 10min away (walking) from the hotel, but you can leave your car in front of the hotel for few minutes to unload your luggage. As a bonus, welcome drink was served upon arrival and delicious pralines were awaiting us in the room :)

the parking is a 12 min walk to the hotel up a hill so that wasn’t so nice. it’s a bit pricey for a room but we still enjoyed it. breakfast had a limit of €25 for the 2 of us which I thought was a bit cheeky considering how much we paid for the room for the night!!

Breakfast must be ordered day before, without english menu. Noise from the street is terrible (because old style windows). No TV in the room, no air condition, no possibility to switching lights from bed (one must rise and walk to entrance door?)
