Unfortunately we did have an opportunity to visit this beautiful place, because after our booking owner has contacted us warning that they have a private event in the hotel with life music. Since we are family with two small kids a visit was not an option for us and despite the booking was non refundable, the owner agreed on free cancellation right away and we received our money back. Because of such a high customer care and trustful service I highly recommend this place even without having it visited!

Everything was perfect

Location is amazing, beautiful house in such a beautiful place. Peaceful & so much family history , dinner was prepared on arrival, it was just perfect, breakfast was delicious too. Not forgetting home made wine the owners pride and joy ! We had a great stay thank you !

Parking in the evening during summertime becomes a bit complicated, and GPS play games in giving the direction, so pay attention and study the route beforehand. There is a lot of music and people in the evenings going to the restaurant for dinner, so be prepared, but the atmosphere is very nice.

As I was told by the staff: your bed is in Slovenia, but you parked your car in Croatia. Stunning place in the countryside with amazing views across the old border between Slovenia and Croatia. Welcoming and friendly staff caring for you at all the time. Excellent food and wine.

There are two parts in the building. One is an older and the second is a newer part. Both are clean, but the difference is noticeable.

The host - Katarina - really met our expectations. The vineyard is placed in a quite and beautiful green place on the hill. It is the spot for people who like good wines and good local food. I shall certainly come back and order very good white wines. Pls. be aware it is rural area.

A beautiful winery stopover on the way to Zagreb. We arrived early, had a nice walk in the wine yards, and had diner there. We tasted the in-house produced/bottled wine and liquor, both were excellent. While chatting with a house worker before leaving, we realized the house sits exactly on the border between Slovenia & Croatia, a token bonus for the stay. The house is the Slovenia side while the front parking & winery on the Croatia side.😊

Bed was not very comfortable for us, a bit too short. It was a pity we could not taste the wine, but we were there just one night.

The view from the property is beautiful, there is big terrace; during our stay breakfast was served outside and it was very tasty. It is a calm and nice place to stay. Room was spacious and clean.

The room is to small and you can not move during the night because you produce a lot of noise: the floor, the beds everything is made in wood!!! Otherwise, clean and a special place!!!

A great place - house, room, surrounding - wineyard with a very pleasant host. A young daughter who took care of us and our stay - wine queen in Slovenia in 2018 - welcomed us with a home made liquer and in the evening showed us a wine cellar with tasting very good wines. The dinner and breakfast were very good and tasty with farm products - home made cheeese, eggs and especially ham. And the place on the hill with wineyards around - very picturesque.

They have loud parties/celebrations in restaurant in weekends. Dinner was average, not looks like it was made from local food producers.

I booked a room. When I saw it, it turned out that there is no window in the room. There is only a vent that could not be opened all the way. I said that 1) it's very stuffy and unbearable here; 2) I have heart problems and I won't be able to sleep at night. The owner said he could only refund me 45 euros (I paid 75). I decided to stay. At night, at 4.30 am, I felt very bad, I had serious heart problems. Because the room was so stuffy that it was unbearable. After an hour I came back to myself, but I couldn't sleep anymore. I wanted to drink cold water, but there was nothing: neither in the room nor in the fridge. At 07.00 I took off my breakfast and left. It was a real horror. In the evening I received dinner for 17 euros: soup, two small pieces of chicken that the guests did not eat at the party, and an unfresh strudel that I think was made on Friday.
