Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The hotel is perfectly located in the center of the city. The room is elegantly furnished and equipped with everything. The half-board service (breakfast and dinner) was also very generous and varied. Special thanks to the attentiveness of the hotel staff for treating me to a slice of cake on the occasion of my birthday. We will definitely be back with my family.

Exceptional breakfast, room, excellent cleanliness, staff, most of the hotel freshly renovated, nice clean and fresh, optional garage parking, reasonable prices for things like coffee, wine.

SloveniaAccess to the sauna requires an additional fee which is not included in the hotel room price. Getting to the pools requires walking through other hotels, which takes some time.
The hotel was consistently clean, and the cleaning staff ensured a high standard of cleanliness every day. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a fruit plate in the room, and tea and coffee were replenished daily for in-room use. The breakfast offerings are satisfying.

SloveniaThe only thing I didn't like as much is that there's quite a bit of a walk from the rooms to the Terme Portorož, but still not that bad, considering you don't actually have to leave the hotel to get there.
The staff was very friendly and we even managed to check in early, since our room was already ready. The room was very modern and has everything you need. The bathroom was really big and they left a little chocolate treat next to the bed for us when we arrived. Breakfast was AMAZING, there are so many options to choose from, I felt overwhelmed lol. Value for price is definitely very very very good. 11/10, would go again.

SerbiaThe spa is predicted for a group of hotels so you need to go through them. Although you can walk in a bathrobe, it feels like going through a labyrinth.
The hotel is on a great location in sweet little place of Portoroz. It has everything that you need for a relaxed stay. Very kind and helpful staff, delicious breakfast, good and clean spa.

The location is just beautiful. Friendly and very helpful staff. Hotel room was also big enough for a couple with a balcony over looking the promenade. For breakfast there was something and enough for everyone.
