The bathroom is very small, and it is not very confortable. The location of the sink and the shelf above it are completely anti-ergonomic. It is impossible to wash your face without wetting the floor. The breakfast is good, but the quality of some foods could be better, for example the fruit juices, fresh fruits, and bread. The beach bar and bistro were not working.

The resort is located close to the beach, marina and some good restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable, with fast wifi, AC and a fridge. The bed was okay. The breakfast was also good. The staff was friendly and always smiling.

Bicycle didn't have bells so sons were annoyed about that (fairly minor issue). At first glance of the room it looks like there are two TVs but only one worked and the other was a mirror

unplesant smell in the room. very cold floor. cold room when we arrived. the resort has a lot of potential. it is missing someone who knows how to offer an adequate service to the gusests and train the staff, take care of the details, make sure rooms are maintained and spotless. food is ok, but quite odinary. lack of healthy goods. i didn't leave wishing to come back soon :(

The family room is tight for 4 people, and the extra beds were not comfortable. We went there in winter and it was great, but I can imagine the place being very crowded in summer.

The room was nice, clean and new. The bathroom too. The breakfast was good with variety. There were lots of entertaining activities for the children for free. The beach beside it is nice, and the walk to the little town great.Everyone was happy.

One of the restaurant staff was particularly rude. My wife went to have breakfast after me and the staff insisted that the room was booked for somebody else. Instead of checking with the receptionist she was asked to provide more documents. She let my wife in anyway but that attitude from the staff was unacceptable. The people at the receptionist, though, were very kind and apologized for the incident.

very varied breakfast, all destinations in the immediate vicinity easily accessible on a level. The beach is very close and by the sea a nice promenade through to the center. the room was clean, the bed comfortable.

There are plenty of free parking spaces in the compound located at various carparks, but it takes a while to find your spot when you arrive late in the evening, but not a problem overall

Modern room with all the comfort you need. The breakfast was very good with a lot of choice. The hotel is located in walking distance of the beach and Izola center. Free parking was available to hotel guests.

It was quite cold in the room - outside temperature was around 13-16 degrees, but there was no heating in the room (it didn't work). Also there was a lot of humidity in the room and our clothes were damp after 2 days. Water in the pool was cold.

Room is renovated, nicely furnished. Breakfast and dinner were ok, although some dishes were cold.

Hotel is clean and looked after, but some of the details could be improved. Like rusty dust bin in the bathroom, not working towel heated rail, Door frame in the bathroom would need replacement. Nothing major, small things that can be easly fixed for small money.

Nice and quiet area, Private beach available to the guests. Great variety at the breakfast, a bit of everything for everyone. And tasty too. Great sea view from the restaurant. Internet was stable and quite fast for common browsing and e-mails.
