Design of roon is interesting but not realy total functional, you need to wacth your feet during night as tere are a lot sharp edges out. Lights a lot but not doing it purpouse. One of the reasons that we picked this hotel beside horses as we hear that the food is realy good. Wanted to relaks and dinner. We did not reserve half broad as we espected restaurant to work but not. We deside to take half broad wich make great fuss with staf and for 47€ was realy not worth it. Breakfast allso nothing special.

Hotel is on realy great location. Interesting design on first. Concept is something else from all other hotels and in theme with sourondings and horses. Great to come and visit it. Sugest mabie eat at local restaurants.

The stay was the perfect location to see the horses at Lipica, plenty of places to eat and have a drink. Nice room and cleverly designed.

we booked the hotel bikes but when we arrived at receptions we were told that they had gone to other guests. We were really disappointed as we wanted to explore around the hotel for a couple of hours. That was the only negative point as apart from that our stay at the hotel was marvellous.

The hotel is immersed in the nature, we booked a suite offering alle comforts, very good breakfast.

Basically we like everything! The hotel is situated in a beautiful area, surrounded by grass fields used for golfing and horses. Upon arrival, we were greeted by very friendly and helpful staff. They were able to prepare our room in time, even though we arrived earlier than the check in was planned for. The whole hotel is designed in industrial style, which we really liked. The room was great, with a sleek look, comfortable beds and enough room for suitcases, bags and clothes. The breakfast, which was included, is a self service style, with a very wide range of fresh and tasty foods and beverages. The surrounding area is very peacefull and great for relaxation and walks in nature. Highly recommend!

Exceptional interior design, corridors with horse paintings, classy combination of wood and metal. Close to Italian border, also next door to a horse farm and golf course. Good location for walking in the nature, and exploration of the region. No surrounding noises, other than of nature, so you can completely relax here.

Really cool and stylish hotel in the peaceful and lovely place of Lipica - we booked it quite accidentally to stay overnight during the road trip. However, we were really surprised by big beautiful surroundings, horses and very nice breakfast. They had filter coffee, wonderful fresh croissants, good amount of fruit and vegetables etc. Will come back to this place for a full scale vacation to have a proper social detox and time with nature.

I have asked for a quiet room and they gave me the room next to the elevator, so you could hear the elevator going up and down, however the staff was helpful and changed the room (I am a light sleeper, hence other people might not be disturbed by that). The water was not draining very well in the shower. The sink was in the room, interesting design, however if you are more than 1 person in the room can be disturbing to wash your hands in the room while the other person might sleep, etc
