Toilet in the lobby. Do they not clean it every few hours? It smells, its wet. And than there is dinner. Some food had no descriptions, some food was cold, like potatoes for instance.

Cleaning staff is excellent! What ever we asked for, we received. No question asked. She was always nice! Also other staff members were top notch!

General cleanliness - towels in our room needed change - they didnt look clean enough, but they change them quickly enough after complain. I missed bathrobes and slippers for comfortable access to spa section.

Room was apropriate. Hotel offers enough other options for you to enjoy your stay. Staff was friendly. Read previous comments about food, but I must say food was better than expected with more than enough options for anyone to like.

Food is very poor, there is enough food in the first 30min. If you come 1h after beginning of the dinner, you will not get food.

Parking is an issue to consider. Parking Garage is with fee. On the street is with fee. If they can arrange parking included either out front or in Garage, it would. be ideal. We were lucky to visit in off-season so parking was accommodated for one night, but if we stayed longer, we’d need to consider the parking costs.

Very convenient location and kind and friendly staff. We arrived late at night, booked last minute and the reception accommodated us. We had a wonderful breakfast on the morning, and enjoyed the clean and nice room. Will visit again certainly.

Total cleanliness - spider nets on the ceilings. Ants in our room. Coffee was not very good, but sufficient as some warm drink. The hotel could have dedicated building for visitors with the dogs (everybody is not happy to listen the barking dog entire morning)

Location near the see. Possibility to visit the opened and closed swimming pool for free. During breakfast and dinner plenty of food to choose, incl. fruits.

on their booking profile, the hotel says they provide free parking, which is not true. we had to pay for the parking in the garage/or at the street (being in the centre, can be a bit expensive if you stay for several days). breakfast was very abundant, but it could be a bit more tasty.

The staff is nice, communicative, and they do a good job. The hotel is clean and the location is also very nice. Its great you can use a large pool just across the street.

The problem we have noted on the reception was not solved (closed safe) during our stay, however it was only 2 nights, I have noted this problem on the first afternoon. The bed and the pillow was too soft for us, it is a personal thing. The hotel itself could be more maintained, but for the prize and the location it was okay. PS: The problem with the deposit for the parking by card is still not fixed as it is still closed on my card.

The location is great, the parking discount was also great as there is no way to park in Portoroz otherwise. The breakfast had a wide range of food, there was always an available table, the staff reacted quickly to the cleaning.

We reserved 2 single beds room but they made a mistake and gave us one bed, we asked for another room but they didn’t have it, i think if we reserved a room with two beds we should get one.

The indoor pool is only open when there is bad weather, however, sometimes I did not want to be out in the sun with young children and would rather have the indoor pool available - no where on site or website is this advertised, so I never had the opportunity to use the indoor pool (as it was sunny everyday), even if it was open a few hours a day, possible over lunch time when the sun is strong, this would have been better than none at all. The wine was very expensive, for example cheapest bottle of white wine was 29 Euros, probably the most expensive in the area that I found - that is excessive for this standard of hotel which then meant I used the hotel bar less and went else where where it was half the price. Often at meal times the restaurant was busy, and there was ques for food nearly every meal time. The place where the food is collected is too small hence the que, consideration in making this area bigger and having more serving areas would be more helpful - advice is to get there early to get tables and beat the que.

Out door pool was a good size and importantly had sufficient number of sunbeds available everyday. It was not clear that they are not open till 2pm on a Wednesday (for cleaning), so I and a number of families were left outside waiting. The family room of 4 was a good size, not many hotels in the area sleep 4, most only do 3, so that was helpful.

There was no such. Not really a problem, but it is misleading that there is no information that there is no pool or wellness within the hotel at the moment.

It was a pleasant surprise for me. I was expecting a shabby three-star hotel with a retro atmosphere, but upon entering I was greeted by a fairly modern, clean, excellently air-conditioned reception and bar. The staff were kind and helpful, the younger ones without exception spoke excellent English. The beer on tap in the bar is always cold, and the service is polite. The Swedish buffet breakfast can be said to be very good. The rooms are not the most modern, but they are comfortable and clean. There was daily cleaning. The air conditioner in our room worked perfectly. Special thanks that we didn't have to keep our motorcycle in the paid parking lot!
