We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Beautiful hotel, stunning ocean view and very comfortable spacious room with well equipped large bathroom. The balcony was nice, especially for early morning coffee + watching the ocean. I enjoyed the hotel Spa/saunas and the restaurant was excellent, very delicious food at breakfast and dinner times

HungaryThe pool inside the hotel was too small, without any jacuzzi or sauna. It is forgivable, since I could use Hotel Historion's wellness center for free, just 5 minutes walk on the beach. What was really bad is the birds' guano (poop). I was staying on the 9th floor. The balcony was clean when I've checked in. Next morning, it was covered by guano. When I looked up, I've seen hundreds of birds (pigeons) having a rest above, under the roof of the hotel. They were dropping their poops on the guest rooms' balconies.
The view was superb. You see only the sea from your room, nothing else. The location as well, was just perfect. Just a few steps from the beach and a few minutes walk from Piran. I enjoyed the breakfast too.

SerbiaThe terrace seems to not be in the scope of the cleaning crew which meant we had to clean it ourselves. Generally the hotel could do with a bit of investing.
I liked the fact that the hotel is located half way between Piran and Portorož and that it was very quiet in the evening with no disturbance (unlike in the center of Portorož), the fact that the beach is kid friendly - meaning there was easy entry for the kids from the small part of the gravel beach (again unlike in the center of Portorož), the spectacular view from the terrace of the apartment, that in the evening you could take a walk to the center of Portorož. It was a good spot for vacation, very close to Trieste.

SlovakiaFitness center is a joke, opens only at 10 AM. Very disappointing for a 5 star hotel. I kind of didn't get why part of the beach was free and part cost 39 EUR per day, I get that it got cushions, but felt weird that not all the guests get the same treatment. Sometimes there is a problem to get a place at the free beach, because people leave their towels there as a "reservation", I suggest that the hotel actually does something about it.
Perfect location between Piran and Portorož, very quite. Beautiful view from the balcony, nice beach, amazing breakfast. Perfect for a nice, relaxing stay.

LatviaIt is not exactly 5* hotel, but very good 4*. Room was quite dirty - dust and spiders web somewhere, staff does not clean rooms every day (does not clean carefully) and does not change bedding every day. Due to problems with water and dryness in region showers in beach is forbidden.
Big comfortable room with balcony and sea view, quiet, good air condition system, excellent breakfast with big variety of different foods and very good coffee, big parking in the territory of the hotel, private, very clean big private hotel beach with free parsols and umbrellas for guests wich is easily assessable with elevator (easy yo find place but if you want first line near the sea, try to get there earlier). Perfect location (Bernardin) - between Portorose and Piran.

The best possible location in between Piran and Portoroz, with free shuttle bus, free parking. Incredible view. Very nice staff. Wonderful beach.

DenmarkEverything was "tourist expensive". A small soda for 3 Eur. Drinks were not included in half board.
Great that the beach is right in front of hotel, incl kid's beach and playarea. 50 meters away a free bus to the nearest small town. Staff at reception could help with charger for phone etc. Charger for our car right in front. Free parking for guests included. We could use the sister's hotel indoor and outdoor pool free of charge.

I reported to the reception and nothing was done. In the morning, around 8 o'clock, it is impossible to park a sunbed because the guys who work on the beach put towels and charge in addition to the hotel's decision. I believe the hotel will correct it.
