The rooms are all pretty small. It's rather dated. There could be more coffee machines at breakfast. To get into Koper, you either have a long walk, or taxis, unless you get bus tickets somewhere in town. There were no shops nearby.

The pools are good. Breakfast was good. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Having no WiFi in the room was challenging. A public seating area in the garden just below my room meant gatherings kept me awake in the evening and woke me early in the morning. It would be great if it could be closed between 9pm and 7am...

Excellent secure bike storage. Close to public sea swimming area. Great variety for breakfast including soy milk. I appreciated the plastic-free soap dispenser in the bathroom.

When it comes to dinner, the only thing I didn't like is that they weren't really refilling it on time, so if you came somewhere mid-dinner there wasn't enough choice/food :) There was almost no Wifi signal in room. also, I had a fever one day, and they had no first aid kit at all, no thermometer no paracetamol... The rooms were really nice, and the hotel in general, but given it's really outdated, the price for two nights shouldn't be that high (but would come again)

The location is excellent, right across the beach. The hotel has its own swimming pools, also indoor ones as well. Breakfast was continental, very tasty and rich. Room was clean, airconditioned, and staff was nice. Would come again.

Very different staff at the hotel - from very kind to extremely rude. The woman we met at the reception in the evening September 20 was below any standards - chewing a chewing gum in front of the guests, then we were blamed on having lost the key (since we had to change the rooms, the key was provided to the administration in the morning). When we told her that at 6 PM the key of the previous room could be already given to other guests she started phoning someone thus again wasting our time. Afterwards everything turned to be ok, yet of course we didn't receive any apologies. Air conditioner started switching on at night every 2 minutes with a sound (beep, beep). It was a challenge to switch off the AC that was never switched on.

The Aquapark is great - so many pools, including jacuzzi and outdoor pools with incredible views. Girl at the reception of the pools is very welcoming. Beach is just across the street.

The Aquapark is great - at least 5 swimming pools, etc. The views from the outside pools are epic. 20 minutes walk to the centre, yet the view is so beautiful that you don’t feel the distance.

The mattress was too soft for us, but not unbearable, and the coffee was bad, but everything else was really nice.

Great location, very close to the beach, and a few minutes walk from the city center. The room was comfortable and clean, the breakfast was simple, but good (except coffee, that was terrible). The aquapark was nice and really useful in rainy weather, when we couldn't go to the beach or after a long day of sightseeing. You can rent a bike at the hotel, and explore nearby cities (on a very nice bike path).

Noisy ventilation output from the adjacent pizzeria is very close to the apartment. Fortunately it is switched off during night. There is a single mattress on the double bed, I would prefer a splitted one. But the beds including matress are obviously new and enough comfortable.

Nice and clean hotel with a very good food (both breakfasts and dinners), nice personnel. Private parking in a garage. Working and quite fast wifi. Aquapark as a part of the hotel. Very close to the beach. Available gaming area for kids. Two splitted duvets on the double matress, which is good!

Aquapark is older but everything is clean and functional. Slide/tobogan perfect for 5year children... whirlpools everywhere. Inside and outside pools. Even one with salt water perfect for swim teaching. Breakfast and dinners perfect - very tasty and huge choice.

The property has a very nice location. The staff was super friendly. The good thing is as a hotel guest you have a free parking (it is difficult to find a parking and it is quite costly during the summer in Koper). This hotel is nice and comfortable if you have kids. The beach is cross the street and the hotel has several swimming pools. We were having bed and breakfast and were very surprised how many options the hotel has for a breakfast as it is a 3-star and such a breakfast is usually offered at 4-star hotels.

Spare pillows in the room shoukd have had covers, which they didn't, but when left out, along with the spare duvet, also, without cover, these were all address and 'dressed' the following day by housekeeping. Window shutter clattered on the baalcony as the clasp wasn't able to be clamped securely due to the new AC unit condenser positioning (though AC did work exceedingly well for heating of the room).

Good variety of breakfast food options, though some were a little tired by 9.15am. Room was a decent size and AC was new and worked very well. Balcony view of the sea and Koper, only a few rooms with this, was a nice. Parking indoors under the hotel was safe and free. Staff we very helpful and friendly.
