How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

The furniture is very old and there are only a few channels on the TV
Very kind employees, even students. We stayed for work but felt the hospitability. The hotel needs renovation, but it is good maintained and very clean.

loud music outsid in the bar under the hotel until mifbight with poor quality windows poor wifi - i had to turn it off and use a hotspot on my phone hotel is very rundown, everything needs refurbishment, with the room pricing they could afford it, but dont seem to care guy at at reception was very "i have to be here but idont like it"
location is great, the parking garage is no extra charge, breakfast was ok

in innerpools the water is a little bit to cold. the difference between the staff at the reception and the staff when u enter the pool is huge. at the reception they are super friendly and helpful and with a smile. at the gate to the pool the staff is…. i will just say they look tired and they seem like they dont want to be there.

The hallway and room were full of warm suffocating air from the lower pools. But the room had a sea view and by opening the door to the balcony this is solved. But don't! Because 10m from the balcony is a chimney from the fryer from the lower pizzeria. Instead of fresh air, I smelled of french fries. There were no lights in the room. Not that it didn’t work, but it wasn’t physically on the ceiling or wall at all. This was SUPERIOR room!!And a bunch of other things that convinced me: Never again!
Breakfast was good. Only thing I was satisfied with in this hotel. Large selection of dishes.

There was a door to another room in the room (locked), but everything was heard loudly from the other room, because in the other room was a family with small children. There were also a lot of ants in the room.

not friendly and pleasant stuff the hotel is old and need to refresh Aqua park is old and water in swimming pool is cold (my be for summer is good but not for winter period), very strong smell of chlorine

The customer service was amazing. They were kind, always ready to help, always eager to make my family feel comfortable, served, and cared for. The food was also delicious! You know the customer service is great when the workers offer to help you without having to ask. The hotel employees were helpful, kind, and amazing. The owners and the corporate offices have done an amazing recruitment work because they managed a team of individuals that are kind, hardworking, and seek to go the extra mile on everything they do. The environment in the hotel is filled with positive energy and you can tell the infrastructure was built with love. The swimming pool was great and lots of fun for the little ones! I highly refined it to everyone.

It is not that I didn't like, but more I didn't appreciate the '' robotic'' receptionists. Since I work in hospitality myself, I dare to say they could be more relaxed and ''smiley''. Felt like non of them enjoyed their job.
I really liked the housekeepers concern if I am all good, they asked every day if I need something, they were very kind and always said hello when we met. The breakfast could have more varieties, but all in all good breakfast.

A plenty of rooms are divided on halves only by door so it might be quite loud inside.
Localisation is wonderfull private beach is on opposite side of the street. City centre is localised 10 minutes from the hotel by a walk. Service was very friendly and helpfull even when our car was damaged and required some repair they help us to find available workshop. In the close neighborhood there are snack bar and restaurant which is specialised in mediterranean kitchen. Dishes are very tasty and relatively cheap. We will definitely return to this amazing place next years

Some rooms are just not to be rented or not for more than 40 eur. Garbage view/smell, all night compressor sound. But the winner is fire sensor flashing every second green light over the dark night room. Kid was horrified,adults not able to sleep. If you can, avoid this place unless offered double room for 40.

They have given us a really small room with no balcony. The air-conditioning didn't work abd keept turning on and off at night and beeped.

Totally outdated hotel! It needs major repairs (new windows, doors, paint). Rooms (at least the one we had) was like it has not been renovated since 1980 (adding tv and air condition is not renovation).
