The room was a little small and had a view towards the back of the hotel. Would`ve been nice to see the town instead. The showerhead was broken, so it was difficult to shower.

- for 3 adult persons the size of the room was just exact or even little to smal - both nights/mornings bus drivers warmed up their engines

Very little bad to say. Maybe a remark that there is no elevator for the outer unit and no chairs and table for the small terrace.

We had a very late check-in (11.pm) but the receptionist welcomed us, and helped us with the luggage. The breakfast is amazing and very diverse! We chatted with the staff in Serbian and had a lot of fun. We only stayed for one night and the other receptionist even let us use the parking the next day for as long as we wanted.

Surprised that there were no tea/coffee facilities in the room. Also, they had a fridge/cooler box but they have a sign saying it's not useable as a cooler and would need to ask reception if wanted anything special kept cool - this was disappointing for us as we had a few bits of food for hiking that we would ideally cool just in our room.

Nice sized room, clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Fun games room with some free games and some games you need to pay for (i.e table tennis free, but pinball or other arcade games need to pay to use). Great breakfast included - lots of variety. Good location close to the main area of town.

The 3 star rated hotel has 4 star facilities and service. The staff was very willing to help. The breakfast was very good.

Meals, which supposed to be hot/warm at breakfast were actually cold, terrible coffee (for those who cannot imagine mornings without a cup of good coffee - don't even try it here). Cold drinks are too diluted. Beds are very small, if you are taller, than 175cm - prepare for hanging from the edge of the bed feet. Rooms are very small, seems like the priority is to accommodate as many people per m2 as possible.

Some of the finishings were a bit 'old' like the sink and shower, esp compared with the modern finishings in the bedroom.

At a great location with lovely mountain views. Very quiet and peaceful area. Breakfast was good. Beds comfortable. All in all, a very enjoyable stay.

There was not a kettle,coffee maker or fridge in the room, which most hotels have as standard. There was a space for a fridge but was not one there. Breakfast was not the best, but it may be better in season when there are more people staying.

The hotel was lovely with its alpine lodge feel from the outside. The reception staff were so friendly and helpful, and couldn’t do enough for us. The location is prefect for winter activities as it’s right next to the ski lift! The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable, with a modern feel and we enjoyed our stay here with excellent views down over the town. Plenty of parking spaces at the hotel was great too!

After so many years coming to your hotel you still didn’t manage to fix the terrace which would be a great value for the bar and of course, for the people who would stand on the roof for having a cigarette or a coffee. Even though the rooms were renovated, we could strongly smell the kitchen in the bathroom in our room 112. The door of the bathroom is not possible to close totally ( no privacy at all )

All is good. Just have a look what they wrote about the property that we don’t like I would say the location and the price is the best Good value!

No internet and no television! Be aware if you want to work over Aplina WIFI. It just doesn't work. We asked the receptionist for help 2 times, and the technician, who was very kind, said that it was Telemachus' job and he couldn't help us. 5 nights without WIFI is a heroic act.

Restaurant unclean for more than 3day (on the floor) not even the vacuum was passed., If i pay plus for the dog i expet that (inside the box) ,the dog is able to come at least to do breakfast with us. Because only few guest there was no attention on food and cleaning. One day room was not clean . If u ask plus or anyways certain amount of money you must garante certain type of service.
