I had dinner with a group but it wasn’t a good meal: the food was not great, the wine was not nice, it took too long to be served. Breakfast was very good but the scrambled eggs were powdered eggs, which is regrettable.

Excellent facilities. The hotel also had a deli, cafe, restaurant and rooftop bar. Helpful staff Free tea and coffee for those staying in the hotel. Good location next to a tube station.

My only thing I didn’t like about this place was the shower. You can’t really change it because it’s a structural thing. Usually the drain is at a lower level to the rest of the shower and there’s a seal at the bottom of the shower door. Here it was the same level as everything else and no seal so like half the bathroom would flood, even if we put towels down.

Despite all the rooms being all next to each other we heard little noise from the hallway. This is a fantastic location right next to the metro or a 12 min walk to the central station. Light switches were conveniently placed at each bedside and next to the door. The breakfast was delicious and if you choose to buy a meal at the restaurant for other meals they’re pretty good as well.

Great location with metro across the street. Clean and comfortable room and friendly staff. Deli downstairs was convenient and offered a nice selection. Terrific full breakfast was included.

Lovely interior in rooms with great lighting. Rooms are in the basement and have no windows but done so nicely. Great to have the deli there. Excellent location for exploring Stockholm. Fantastic breakfast.

The staff was very kind and attentive. They helped me freeze my breast milk in their freezers. The bed was big and spacious and the location was right in the center of town.

Not a fan of the smart lighting in the room. The under bed lights are too bright and bright d one person gets up during the night. Pricey rooms but that’s Stockholm.

Lovely welcome and quiet rooms in a busy city. The breakfast choice was excellent. We also had an evening meal there and lived the atmosphere.

While the Wi-Fi worked great in the shared spaces, it was poor in my room - lots of drop-outs and low speeds. This was annoying if I wanted to do stuff on my phone in my room without using up my phone data.

The location was great. The hotel is part of a complex with a supermarket, restaurant and bar, and there's a metro station (Hötorget) right next door (Central Station is also about 10-15 minutes away if you prefer to save money). There are plenty of shops and supermarkets within walking distance, including multiple phone network dealerships about a block away which is handy if you need a local/roaming SIM. The rooms were comfortable and cozy. There are also surprisingly peaceful given that they are all below the ground floor underneath a restaurant (which does a good buffet breakfast) and cafe. The shared space leading to the rooms reminded me a bit of a nicer youth hostel and was a pleasant place to relax and recharge.

Just a little misunderstanding between the reception and the cleaning personnel: we arrived a little earlier than expected and for sure earlier than the check-in time. The person at the reception gave us a room that the system showed as ready. When we opened the door the room was far away from being cleaned and ready, but the guys solved the situation anyway.

The hotel is very nice and at a really good location. Every major site is well within walking distance, but the metro is also just around the corner. The breakfast is amazing, a lot of food to select from. The room is very cozy and although it's underground it is still very nice.

Very comfortable hotel in the center of Stockholm. Best breakfast bufet I have ever been part of. Tea or coffee always for free for hotel guests even in take-a-way cups. High end cosmetics in rooms, good WiFi.
